"Cobot - flexible and effective software."
What do you like best about Cobot?

Cobot keeps your billing under control with Billing and Payments. Although its integrations are its strongest point, it integrates with third-party software such as Zapier, Slack, Tapkey, KISI and many more, as well as payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, Gocardless and

Adyen.

What do you dislike about Cobot?

I have relatively little time using Cobit and am fascinated with its features and integrations, I find it to be fascinating and accessible software.

What problems is Cobot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cobot is easy to use. It is a platform that will help you automate all your payments and billing.

Cobot interfaces with great payment gateways like Stripe and Paypal. In addition, Cobot tracks each of your transactions for our greatest security. Best of all, there are no additional fees for payment processing.

What do you like best?

Easy to use, great interface, great customer service

What do you dislike?

I wish the DayPass function was more useful, that external bookings didn't come at an extra cost (and could be integrated onto our website)

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Best option for coworking management

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it to organize our coworking space and conference room booking, it has a great interface and is easy to navigate. I wish it had a few additional features (easier way to book day passes, not have recurring invoices on all plans).

What do you like best about Cobot?

Cobot automates all the boring stuff. Its integrations with door access controls add a sophisticated level of security.

What do you dislike about Cobot?

Some of the setup instructions we found were a little counterintuitive but that is being very picky.

Recommendations to others considering Cobot:

We reviewed as many membership software solutions as we could and Cobot was the easiest and most comprehensive for the money. Plus the support is the best in the industry.

What problems is Cobot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Membership management, billing, space density, and security API links all run through Cobot as well as direct messaging and an upsell with the built-in directory linked to our website.

What do you like best about Cobot?

We've only had Cobot for a few short months, but the "membership connection" portion and automatic billing have been my favorite parts of Cobot.

What do you dislike about Cobot?

We haven't really had it long enough to see any really big problems, however I do notice that the calendar operations between Booking and Event's Manager are structured differently.

Recommendations to others considering Cobot:

Be sure to research all of the features and if you aren't the person deciding whether or not to go with Cobot, be sure to let your concerns be known in terms of how YOU will use it. It has a lot of integrations with other services, but may not use the one you use, or have a functionality that you need. Some of their operations seems to not mesh entirely with some services, so just check for yourself!
