.With any software package the obvious requirements are that it be cloud-based and competitively priced and there are many products out there that fill those criteria but the real important factor is the support and coasters support is second to none with coaster you haven't just bought a piece of software you've come on board with assistance in marketing promotion and it will bring the rental industry firmly into the 21st century

Training at outstart was very good & informative, license checks very easy to carry out and customer support excellent.

We didn't find anything which we disliked about the program, but unfortunately rental didn't work out for our Company.

The platform provides everything in house to manage and grow the business. As I continuned to learn the features of the platform I was better to serve my customers in ways I didn't know before.

As the company as a whole, they have a team that cares about its platform users. They work to find news ways to help business owners in what ever level they are on and aspire to be.

I would want the option to have different categories for renters i.e corporate, retail, body shop, etc.

As well as online calls there is a large how to guide for any training needed and regular check ins. The system was east to impiment and only took one week to set up.

The initial cost was a concern however once we started using the system we realised it was worth it.

Time and staff costs are a major factor in our bussiness and Coastr help reduce both.
