Coassemble really streamlines the course creation process with easy and intuitive authoring. As a company that's rapidly growing we've needed to get more admins involved in content creation and curation. Coassemble makes it easy for people to create a variety of course types, with fun/interactive elements without needing special software like Articulate/Captivate. Thanks to Coassemble I now have a handful of people in our organization that can create, manage, and grade courses. I also really like the assignments option; this is something sorely lacking in other LMS platforms. We literally use the platform every single day and rely on it for onboarding and upskilling our workforce. Additionally the chat-based support is convenient and the team is AMAZING. They are quick to resolve challenges and accept feedback/suggestions. It was very easy to setup Coassemble and it didn't take long to fully migrate our content over from a competitor that was double the annual cost. While we don't use the APIs currently, I can see value in this for other organizations looking integrate Coassemble into their other SAAS platforms. Keep up the great work Coassemble team.

There have been a few minor things that have popped up during my time with Coassemble and each time I've shared challenges/feedback with their team. In every case they've responded promplty. If an immediate fix wasn't possible, they've added the feedback to their development roadmap.

We need a budget friendly and feature rich solution with a simple user interface that allows for rapid creation/curation.

The integrated authoring tool is one of the best out there . It's perfectly mobile responsive and has lots of types of contents to choose from and express any pedagogical instruction.

The lesson modules ca take some time to load if accessed through a URL they provide.

They have a free plan . Its best to try and see if it works for you . In all probability , coach normally will solve your issue.

I make a lot of learning content from small to big using their authoring tool . Helps my students assimilate the content rather easily.

Coassemble is very user-friendly. It was my first time ever creating curriculum or using an LMS as an administrator, and it is easy to navigate. There are great tools to help you create your content. Coassemble has great customer service; they were able to find unique solutions that fit our needs. We utilized their design service, which was very beneficial and helped us improve our content creation.

After Coassemble released a software patch, we experienced several glitches. They had good communication throughout that time, but it was a bit frustrating for our users.

This is our first time using a Learning Management System and it is helping us to make our training for our volunteers more accessible and flexible. Our volunteers are more equipped with a better understanding of their role.

I love the style and the number of different courses we can choose from.

I would like a little more control on the backend over the progress of people taking the training.

We have been able to make our trainings more flexible for volunteers to participate in and given them more variety than just attending lectures.

Coassemble has a visually appealing appearance and it is very interactive so it makes it fun to use. Their support team is very friendly and supportive. They even provide with tips when they see an opportunity.

I would say that sometimes settings/features are not as intuitive to find. Nonetheless, this is compensated by the help of the support team. They tend to reply quite fast to our queries.

It help us train our team on how to extract and audit data by providing them with content, multiple examples, and questions to test their understanding.

I needed a training platform for my organization and had been a "learner" using Coassemble years ago. I signed up and was able to build out 12 complete courses WITH quizzes/pop quizzes within 7 days!! SEVEN DAYS! Prior to having Coassemble, our onboarding/training process was manual, exhaustive, and prehistoric. It is now an essential tool to our organization and all others within the company. Made me look very impressive to my peers and CEO! Ha! To add, the Coassemble team is incredibly helpful and attentive. They are quick to reply and check in regularly which is so appreciated!

Like all things with tech, there are little features here and there that would come in handy but nothing major to report!

Coassemble has completely streamlined our training and onboarding processes. Before having Coassemble, our onboarding/training was very hands-on and took many hours away from Leadership that could've been used elsewhere. Now, our onboarders move through the courses on their own and what was a several-hour-long training call is now just a quick welcome call with Q&A!

Coassemble makes training and learning and development easy! Between the ease of user interface and quick turnaround time on support requests, Coassemble has quickly become a platform my organization uses daily.

It's actually been an honor being a (somewhat) early adapter of using Coassemble. From when we began using this platform to now, there have been incredible advances. My favorite being the addition of auto-save.

It seems as though Coassemble actually listens to and uses feedback. They offer amazing webinars on how to get the most out of their platform, and it's easy to reach someone to ask additional questions or for support.

The number of options (Templates) in which you can shape information. It makes it very easy to create a good learner's experience. I also like the responsiveness on various devices.

I was trying to recollect things I dislike, but their support team resolves any issues very successfully (I post issues on Intercom and their tech team gets back with solutions fairly quickly).

Creating highly engaging and highly interactive courses. I use several other authoring tools and this is by far most applicable in that sense.

Fantastic customer service. Very user-friendly. Fun and interactive for the learners. Awesome templates. I was able to make a beautiful training program with no prior knowledge and no programming skills. I 100% recommend this program and am grateful that it exists.

As I am using this for internal educational purposes, I would like to be able to reproduce questions from my quizzes and challenges, for the end of session exams. It would be great if there were a place that saved all my exam and challenge questions (as well as pictures) to re-use later in the module or in other modules. It would also be wonderful if I could easily export my files or convert a lesson into a PDF.
