CMiC Platform allows easy scheduling, amazing capability for project planning and estimation capability is the best.

What do you dislike about CMiC Platform?

Effective tool for workflow management, allowing the entire team to simply work on the same page and share their comments easily.

Recommendations to others considering CMiC Platform?

Through the whole experience with this management platform, i got nothing against the tool complaint on.

What problems is CMiC Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Excellent and simple tool to train as a first user, and the management of projects and activities is impressive.

CMiC PM Usage

What do you like best about CMiC Platform?

I like that CMiC can be a one stop shop for submittals, RFIs, cost control, notices to proceed, and contracts.

What do you dislike about CMiC Platform?

I dislike that you have to submit multiple times on CMiC in order to get the fields to accurately save. For example, on an RFI if you want to change it from open to answer complete and keep the date and name of the EOR who responded, you have to edit and submit multiple times.

Recommendations to others considering CMiC Platform?

There are a lot of supporting tabs to each other just follow the tree on the left.

What problems is CMiC Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

CMiC works very well for creating trader partner white pages and sending out mass information on distribution lists.

This is a great tool

What do you like best about CMiC Platform?

I do RFIs, Submittals, Contract Administration, Cost Reports, Change Orders etc. This helps organize the construction management process.

What do you dislike about CMiC Platform?

The loading time between pages needs to improve!

What problems is CMiC Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

PCOs or PCIs like CMiC calls it, helps because you can link that to change orders to the owner and subcontractor. This also helps to provide RFI and submittal logs that are up to date in a few seconds once it is kept up to date.

What do you like best about CMiC Platform?

I like the cost management portion which is great and easy for the user to understand.

The best system and no shortcomings realized so far to tell.

Recommendations to others considering CMiC Platform?

The best system in which project data can be stored within a single system instead of using multiple systems and very easy to use and I therefore highly recommend it.

The best software with a lot of great features and lets you bring multiple tools and functions into one software platform,it also gives tools to process data efficiently, generating live and useful reports.

Great Construction-Focused ERP System!

What do you like best about CMiC Platform?

I love that this system is specialized for the Construction industry. The Project Management and Subcontract Management modules are some of the highlights

Though I love the system as a whole, I think some of the reports could use some work.

If you're in the Construction industry, this should be your go-to system!

What problems is CMiC Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

This system is able to get all of our accounting needs completed. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and even Subcontract Management and Project Management are all done in CMiC.
