"Brilliant tool for onboarding new customers!"
What do you like best about Clustdoc?

I like how powerful and organized is the platform. If you take some time, in the beginning, to browse through their online resources, you'll be able to create robust workflows.

What do you dislike about Clustdoc?

So far, so good! Maybe the fact that they do not have yet a real mobile app, but that's a minor issue.

What problems is Clustdoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

The system is built to replace the never-ending communications that happen between our team and new customers. Quite painful and overwhelming for most of our sales reps.

What do you like best about Clustdoc?

Clustdoc is easy to use but at the same time it is very powerful. You can effectively extend the functionality of their system with their automations. In addition, it has an API which allows you to integrate with other applications.

What do you dislike about Clustdoc?

I can't really think of any negative things which I dislike about it. To use the more advanced functionality you should watch their training videos. But that would be expected from a tool like this.

What problems is Clustdoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a great tool for client onboarding. We have also used it for job applications i.e. we provide job applicants several tasks to complete, which may take them a few days. Clustdoc allows them to log in and not lose their progress i.e. they can continue where they left off.

What do you like best?

Very simple Onboarding- And allows us to send reminders and collect documents in and organized and professional fashion

What do you dislike?

The UX could definitely use a little bit of an upgrade but other than that it’s not that bad

Enfin un outil simple et dans l'air du temps!
Bonjour, Notre agence vient enfin de migrer sur Clust. Après 4 mois de travail intensif avec la superbe équipe du Service Client, nous avons enfin un processus de montage de dossiers cohérent, intégré, productif et moderne. "Transformation in the sale industry and the contact with the client."
What do you like best?

Clust quickly became our software resource for the incorporation of customers. We also had the opportunity to try it as part of our bidding process, it is very easy to use and what I like most is saving time, doing business, I love it.

I must add that it offers you a save in the cloud to keep files or software shared, so keep it until you decide to delete, a very useful feature.

To end customer support is very friendly and helps you in everything you need before acquiring their service.

What do you dislike?

I think it's a complete software, we have no problems with that.

The price may be high but it is worth using.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We recommend using you can ask for a test, so testing the system is great and very nice and it is also easy to use, that way support will always be guiding so that you can configure it perfect, time saving is significant and can be used to capture more customer , we recommend it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had problems with the data of so many clients and the time was very short, and delivering one by one each software was impossible and it was annoying that the client must take care, looking for solutions to speed up the process we found this tool that facilitates us delivery, everything is added to the system and ready to be distributed, perfect time savings are wonderful.

What do you like best?

The UI is very intuitive. It helps me manage my client with ease. I like the state management feature in Clust helps me track the state of each and every client I have. For example, If I have initiated the conversation, or I am negotiating a deal, or brokering the terms, it helps me set reminders and personal notes on each client very efficiently.

What do you dislike?

I think it can do more for productivity and power users. I would like a feature which would help clust integrate with my SAP/Salesforce products. They can develop a plug-in which will integrate with Slack or other communication platforms as well. This plugin can read by calendar and meetings. Also track the conversation I am having with the client.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Clust is a great tool to manage all your clients in 1 place. Clust has a better UI, is a mobile responsive website. Can have integrations with other products used by sales and marketing. The team should do a market analysis to understand how marketing professionals work and what all tools they use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use clust to track all my clients needs and help them close the deal. It helps me explain the small nit bits to my clients and keep them informed of every step of the process. Right now Uber has multiple clients and is speaking with agencies of many cities to help close the deal and start operations in many cities. We also want to partner with restaurants and freight agencies to ship goods. All this happens via phone calls and messaging. So it helps me organize and track productively.
