Clueso has completely changed how we create training content. The screen recording is super easy - just record your walkthrough and the AI cleans everything up. What used to take 8-12 hours now takes 2 hours or less.

The AI automatically removes all the "ums" and "ahs" that would normally require manual editing. Before Clueso, we mostly stuck to written guides because video creation took too long. Now we can quickly create video tutorials that help customers understand features in minutes, which has really improved user satisfaction.

The AI-generated voices can occasionally sound a bit robotic, and we'd love to see more natural, human-like voice options available. However, we appreciate that the Clueso team is actively listening to feedback and continuously improving the product.

I love the easy-to-use interface and seamless creation of product walkthroughs from videos. This saves hours and helps me to get more enablement content to my users quickly and effectively. The features are robust but the learning curve is very manageable.

I would just wish for the ability to use keyboard shortcuts to control video recording and more features to help in editing videos when I want to use my natural voice instead of the AI-generated one.

The need to stand up user enablement pages and create detailed FAQs and product walkthroughs.

It initially took me 12+ hours to write an introductory user guide for one of our tools. Clueso was able to turn a short video into a user guide in a matter of minutes. After the guide is created it is super easy to adjust the wording and in about an hour or less you can create a user guide and video that clients find more helpful than a stale 20 page PDF.

Given how easy it is to make guides, I now create custom user guides for customers with specific workflows. If I take 4 minutes to record a very rough walk through video, it will spit out a perfectly polished video and user guide. And the ability to then translate these guides is incredibly valuable.

I wish we could have customer-specific homepages. I would like to be able to put my customer-specific guides in a central location for them to access along with the generic content.

The Text rewrites are spot on 99% of the time, and when you do have to adjust its super easy and quick.

Wish it was a tad more intuitive when trying to manually sync the Text with the Video. But the AI does such a great job at this, its rare to have to adjust.

It is very good at interpretating load times and automatically cuts it out from the final draft without having issues with sync markers. While it may not be the best fit for more complex or conceptual video projects, it's an excellent choice for practical tutorials.

I can create a professional-looking video with a voiceover in no time—this tool saves me about 70% of the time I would’ve needed before.

I really like that I can create a new help center video and article at the same time. I like that while recording I don't have to worry about messing up because the AI feature will take about and mistakes and long pauses. Takes a lot of the time spent re-recording videos away. The added article feature is great since you don't have to take your own screenshots and type everything out.

I don't know if there are any downsides, but just making sure you understand the plan you're on and how it works. If you are on the monthly plan, you need to make sure any exports for a video are done in the same month, otherwise it will take away from your export time. We have since upgraded to the yearly plan, so this is no longer an issue.

It makes recording a video much simplier, since I don't have to worry so much about mistake in verbiage,long pauses, or background noise. This has enhanced the video recording and saved me a lot of time.
