"CloudQA: Revolutionizing Web Application Testing and Monitoring with No-Code Automation"
What do you like best about CloudQA?

CloudQA allows you to build and run automated tests without having to write any code, making it accessible to a wide range of users, including non-technical stakeholders.

What do you dislike about CloudQA?

Since CloudQA is a no-code platform, users may find that they are limited in their ability to customize test cases to meet specific needs. Users who require more complex testing scenarios may find that CloudQA's no-code approach is too limiting, and they may need to write custom scripts to test their applications.

What problems is CloudQA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manual testing is time-consuming, error-prone, and can be costly. CloudQA automates manual testing processes, allowing organizations to save time and resources. Web applications change frequently, and it's important to ensure that changes don't break existing functionality. CloudQA automates regression testing, helping organizations catch regressions before they become problems for users.

"A good alternative to writing Selenium tests"
What do you like best about CloudQA?

Using the recorder it is very easy to create a test - even complicated tests can be set up in minutes.

Unlike other tools we tried, CloudQA works well with a single page (JavaScript front end) application, and seems tolerant of issues like elements taking a while to load on the page etc.

The customer service is excellent. The CloudQA team is very responsive and keen to solve problems, either by helping with the tests themselves or, in one case, by adding a feature we needed (the ability to upload multiple files at once in a test).

The portal to manage and run the tests is intuitive and easy-to-use.

What do you dislike about CloudQA?

In at least one case the documentation on the website was out-of-date - e.g. we followed the steps for integrating with Mailinator but they didn't work. However, as the customer service is so good they resolved this for us in a couple of days.

Recommendations to others considering CloudQA:

Sometimes the recorded tests will need some tweaking. Don't be afraid to ask the CloudQA team if you can't see how to get a test working - they are very helpful.

What problems is CloudQA solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has enabled us to set up end-to-end tests with very little input from the developers, which has enabled them to focus on development and has improved their morale as they hate writing Selenium tests.

"Filling a formerly persistent gap in my startup!"
What do you like best about CloudQA?

Consistent, repeatable tests that are easy to create.

The browser plugin makes test creation so simple that I’m able leverage less technical people in my start up when creating test suites.

The snapshots that accompany each executed test let me instantly diagnose 99% of issues. Seeing the moment of failure has proven priceless.

I can run tests against all major browsers.

My app sends automated emails and auto-gens directories in Google Drive. Testing these features was beyond my expectations, but CloudQA does it.

The team is highly responsive, qualified and professional, providing immediate answers.

What do you dislike about CloudQA?

I just haven’t had a chance to configure tests to run on the Sauce Labs platform. The team has sent me instructions that look straight forward so as soon as I have time...

What problems is CloudQA solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudQA has filled a formerly persistent gap in my startup. I’ve replaced my moderately effective, off-shore QA team with a repeatable, consistent set of tests that I can rely on with confidence.

Before CloudQA, testing my entire app with every weekly release has been time consuming and repetitive. With only 2 founders and a hand full of employees, manual QA has consumed invaluable resources that add up, week after week, to lost marketing and sales efforts.

We have recently started using CloudQA to augment our web testing and QA processes. They offer an easy to use tool with almost no coding required. Our technical team liked that with their free subscription, we were able to test out their test cases for free before subscribing.

The UI could be more intuitive and we are looking forwarding to additional functionality that we know they are working on

What problems is CloudQA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automate our ad hoc and manual testing and QA processes

"Well designed, easy to implement"
What do you like best about CloudQA?

The biggest plus point of CloudQA is its simplicity of use. Its not cluttered with too much & unnecessary features. We wanted the scrum teams to be able to do in-sprint automation. That called for even the non-technical resources to be able to use a tool. We are convinced that CloudQA will help in this situation.

It allows to reuse a test case in another which saves huge efforts.

Currently we use it of UI automation only , though it supports API testing also.

What do you dislike about CloudQA?

1. Cannot continue to record an already saved test case.

2. Moving of steps in a test case up or down could have been better. Currently we need to drag the test step. This is tedious in case where there are say 50+ steps & you want to drag your step all the way down or up.

3. I also found dynamic pause to be not much helpful.

4. They can enhance the script section to write JavaScript code to make it intuitive & IDE like.

What problems is CloudQA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quick automation in agile world.

Achieving in-sprint automation with help of non-technical/ non-test automation people also.

Least synchronization issues

No false failures of test cases.
