I really don't have anything negative to say about CloudLIMS. Easy to use, customer service is excellent, it has everything we need for managing information.

We provide third-party cannabis testing services. Every other LIMS we considered nickel-and-dimed us for CoA template setup, instrument integration, and staff training. CloudLIMS didn't impose these fees, alleviating financial concerns. With CloudLIMS, reporting test results to regulatory agencies is super easy and quick. Additionally, the CloudLIMS team consistently offers assistance and doesn't hesitate to walk the extra mile to fulfill our stringent testing and reporting needs. CloudLIMS stands out for being both cost-effective and feature-rich.

The system's session timeout is somewhat restrictive. After a while, the platform prompts a session expiration. It would be good if there is an option to extend the session duration, allowing users a bit more flexibility in completing tasks without worrying about losing their progress.

Prior to using CloudLIMS, we were mired in tonnes of manual tasks. For instance, our instruments were not integrated, so our staff had to perform manual entry of data. With instrument integration, we no longer have to allocate staff to transfer data from our instruments to CloudLIMS. Now data is accurately and consistently recorded in the LIMS, empowering us to make decisions without errors. And the automation doesn’t stop there. The product also has the functionality to auto-calculate complex test results, saving us significant time and effort. CloudLIMS-driven automation has not only reduced our reliance on staff but also enhanced our data integrity.
