Efficient Customer Communication: Before CloudContactAI, reaching our customer base in a quick, efficient, and personal manner was challenging. With its bulk SMS functionality and personalization features, we can now contact all our customers promptly while maintaining a personal touch.
Scheduling and Tracking: We used to struggle with coordinating and tracking our communication campaigns. CloudContactAI has effectively solved this with its scheduling and real-time tracking features, which allows us to run campaigns seamlessly and gain insights from the data collected.

While features are still steadily being added, it's an excellent platform that is simple for managing clients, launching campaigns, interacting with clients, downloading campaign results, and monitoring campaign statistics.
It's still a developing platform. Not that it's a bad thing, but there are still some features that would be nice that some of the competition has that CCAI has, but it's a fairly small complaint compared to what's already working.
Automating customer interaction saves time that can now go towards addressing other issues in my organization. It also provides statistics for customer response to my campaigns.
It's easy to reach our existing player database through SMS and Voice using CloudContactAI. They've integrated CloudContactAI with our website and our customer CRM, which means I don't have to upload lists.
We need to start using their email support to see voice, email, and SMS communication for all our contacts. We're still using another vendor for email, but I think that's on the roadmap.
CCAI helps us to remind existing players about their upcoming games. It also allows us to collect player payments. Many of the players forget to pay, and managing collections is a huge pain.

I was able to send out emails and SMS messages for business easily. The real-time inbox enables me to respond quickly to incoming messages. I'm also able to add other users to the account to enable these users to triage incoming support requests.
The reporting could be enhanced. The dashboard for Email and SMS is nice as is the Daily Activity Report, but I suppose it would be nice to see some additional reports.
CloudContactAI enables us to reach out to our customers via SMS, Email, and Voice. We use other services as well, but CloudContactAI does not have pricing based upon number of contacts, which makes it substantially cheaper than alternatives: MailChimp and Klaviyo.
