Uptime is always very good, really helps that it integrates so well with bullhorn our CRM. Rarely do we need support but when we do it is a smooth easy process

Constantly requires a log out and log back in, needs fresh cache and cookies upon every session, if this app could instantly refresh its cache and cookies daily, it would drastically improve its quality.
It benefits us by integrating our calls directly into our CRM. It makes it easy for the Recruitment team to submit their calls, and for the management team to be able to view that note, and see the recording.

I like how easy it is to hop on a phone call with a candidate or a client. With the click of a button, I can call them without it overtaking the entire screen. All I have to make sure is everything in my system is put in correctly. It also is beneficial since it auto pops a note, so on the call, I can write down anything I find important or be able to tag the job I am calling to pitch them
I do not like that I seem to have a lot of issues at the beginning of every day when it comes to the connection of the calls to Bullhorn. Often, I call the candidate and hear no ring on the other side until it is time to leave a voice mail.
I think it is excellent for any company to use this software because it is very efficient to use and can help boost the call volume for your company.

The simplest and easiest integration with Bullhorn to provide you with the most accurate representation of your data inside of your CRM. No other competitor on the market seemed to have as tightly integrated with Bullhorn as CloudCall did. Certainly saved us in this new world of hybrid working and working from home mandates. Has the ability to listen to any recorded calls directly in the CRM which is great for situations where staff need to be able to work together, and know what people have been speaking about. Had no issues with call quality, and the ability to SMS directly in the product and see inside of the CRM as well is fantastic.
As a person on the tech side, it would be nicer to have more administrative options, however this is fairly consistent with most hosted telephony products on the market.
CloudCall without a doubt, was crucial for our business to being able to continue providing a service throughout 2020 when people began to work from home. Have also seen a much larger percentage of notes being logged and saved in our CRM for calls, ensuring we are capturing more of our communication data.
CloudCall is great for keeping a birds-eye view on the team and lending a hand when it's needed. If you see a member of staff struggling on a call, you can listen in and send helpful messages if they want you to.
It would be nice to have video calls as part of the offering.
