Awesome for sales it is very confidently and helps within the company as well as out of it. It speeds up the process within the company and also motivates us inward to compete for sales. It was super instant and everyone loves it at the office
Since it is cloud based it may not work for everyone it's something to get used to maintance wise.

Sumo free's up my time allowing me to focus on coaching and development with my team. By rewarding specific activities Sumo motivates my team to follow up leads more quickly, drives activity and nurtures best practices across the team. Before Sumo I would have to manually report on all of the actions driving our KPI's and Manage the team to deliver them.
Sumo not only makes these tasks fun it really drives the competitive spirit in a friendly way across the team.
Unlike other solutions - Sumo tracks all of the underlying data to help me Coach the team and deliver a more stable forecast.
There isn't anything specifically I dislike. When we have taken Sumo down for maintenance I immediately get asked by the team Where's Sumo gone? When will it be back? We are a very progressive company who use a lot of complimentary solutions none of which are embraced by the team like Sumo.
With any software there will be a learning curve to go through - specifically around the balancing of the game to ensure everyone has a fair chance to win.
We used Sumo's Managed Service to deliver the implementation and the on-going balancing whilst we up-skilled. This allowed us to deploy the software and start driving value very quickly.

The SuMo team are experts in gamification! We have used Salesforce.com for a few years, but users lacked the desire to fully dive in. SuMo came to the table with brilliant ideas and suggestions on how to implement, succeed, and maintain. Their support has been, and continues to be second to none!
There is really nothing that I dislike about SuMo.

The team at CloudApps work hard to ensure the business requirements are met, and that each Game is a success.
The stat’s speak for themselves with regards to the success of the games in terms of driving users of our CRM system to adopt the good behaviour required when working in any CRM system.
There is nothing that I can think of right now
SuMo helps to drive best practice in a CRM system. This has benefited our business in areas such as collaboration through encouraging the use of Chatter in Salesforce.
Working with CloudApps has been great! The sevice we recieve is excellent at making Salesforce more engaging to improve our commerical functions completion rates.
It's great how adaptive they are to our suggestions and it makes it very easy to work with them and use the product. The relationship with our CSM Alex is excellent and he's very receptive to our ideas and has made the whole process very smooth!
I think the only downside is the limitations of Salesforce itself!
Improving the quality of our Salesforce data is key and by gamifiying it, we've seen a significant upick in our data!
