Cloud Coach is helpful when it comes to task management. The different options to track tasks is excellent!
Some of the UI seems less that cutting edge. Other than that CC is excellent!
Having a view of all projects is great. It's hard to use sheets or other pm tools due to lack of large view.
The Gantt, resource utilisation and the meeting minutes are the most useful to me as a Project Manager. I am yet to explore the status report and dashboards, which sounds super exciting
I do not like that it won't allow us filter what the external contacts can see when we add external deliverables. That could be a disadvantage when we have internal notes/content in there

Cloud Coach is investing signicant R&D to continue enhancing the product suite. There are new features coming - so any gaps are sure to be filled with the new release.
Cloud Coach streamlines our processes by centralizing the data on a single platform. We are able to adopt the product quickly, which is a bonus for organizational change.
The implementation experience has been fantastic so far, and I’m chomping at the bits to get into more advanced reporting/ capacity planning analytics.
Licensing can make it difficult to expose projects to internal teams, but that’s more of a salesforce issue than a cloud coach one.
