Cloud Coach is helpful when it comes to task management. The different options to track tasks is excellent!

Some of the UI seems less that cutting edge. Other than that CC is excellent!

Having a view of all projects is great. It's hard to use sheets or other pm tools due to lack of large view.

The Gantt, resource utilisation and the meeting minutes are the most useful to me as a Project Manager. I am yet to explore the status report and dashboards, which sounds super exciting

I do not like that it won't allow us filter what the external contacts can see when we add external deliverables. That could be a disadvantage when we have internal notes/content in there

The tool is an extension of Salesforce giving us the ability to drive adoption and be able to configure to our business needs.

Native integrations to all 3rd party CPQ and ERP products.

The tool gives us the ability/capability to measure internal and external success KPIs that we're no -existant.

The depth of functionality, we can continue to grow into Cloud Coach as we continue to mature our processes. And the people are wonderful!

Feel the implementation process could improve a little, maybe the creation of a client workbook and more use cases.

We are seeing early adoption cross functionally with using Cloud Coach to efficiently launch new products.

Process transformation - enterprise project management

The project creation and tracking tasks are critical to successfully project execution. Also the ability to export client facing project plans.

Can be confusing to figure out everything that is available feature wise and what is geared towards specific business uses.

Keeping track of project plans and tasks is critical to my organizations and teams ability to complete tasks successfully.

The ease of the Cloud Coach application suite sets the bar. Dashboards and point and click functionality combine to create a standout product that rivals competitors in this space.

Cloud Coach is investing signicant R&D to continue enhancing the product suite. There are new features coming - so any gaps are sure to be filled with the new release.

Cloud Coach streamlines our processes by centralizing the data on a single platform. We are able to adopt the product quickly, which is a bonus for organizational change.

The implementation experience has been fantastic so far, and I’m chomping at the bits to get into more advanced reporting/ capacity planning analytics.

Licensing can make it difficult to expose projects to internal teams, but that’s more of a salesforce issue than a cloud coach one.

Need Expense Reporting as part of the base product, so we can keep users in CC all day and avoid using multiple systems.

Portfolio reporting across the Org., and across my cross-functional teams. Increased customer collaboration and engagement. Executive visibility to all the things that matter most to me before they become problematic.
