I love the calendar view and client approvals.

Cloud campaign's social media reporting and analytics are the best I've seen in a social media platform and I'm in the digital markrting space. CC's platform training + support are also top notch!
The only downside I can see are video uploads, although I don't think this is CC's fault. All social media platform's have different sizing for video uploads. This is something my client's wish could be improved somehow because they get a video posting errors.
CC allows me and my team to stay organized in managing our clients' social media accounts, easily give clients' access, share the content library, and provide growth reporting.
Once you get a flow going they are very easy to use to post to multiple sites. Even when I have had issues I have been able to solve them quickly with their quick-to-repond support team.
Sometimes the tagging of people on facebook makes it hard to find who you need to tag. occasionally there are issues with videos loading but I have been able to fix the issue quickly with the automatic advise you get and repost the post.
I know they have added more to their analytics and added easier to use tagging features which make it a great source.
Being able to create specific content for each feed and then schedule all of them. Planning is really easy.
Not sure what it is but it does not handle changes very well - sometimes when you copy an old post and change it then go back to check it the image is either not changed or the old one is still included.

Hey everyone, just wanted to give a big shoutout to Cloud Campaign. I'm really loving how it's made scheduling a breeze. Setting up my content calendar is super easy, and I can fill up my content queues in no time. The best part? No more last-minute scrambles to create posts. I can get all my content ready weeks ahead when I'm feeling most inspired. Plus, it's great for keeping my posts organized by themes. And you've got to check out their AI for captions – it's a game changer! Seriously, it's made my social media life so much easier.
I also am very impressed with how easy and quickly I can get help from Cloud Campaign when I get stuck not knowing how to do something. They are really customer focused. I was with another large competitor previously that wasn't as helpful. I'm so glad that I switched. The monthly price is much better too!
I need to first say that I really enjoy cloud campaign. If I were to recommend improving an area it would be the Insights Tab. The information is not displayed in a way that makes sense to me. It's confusing and dosen't graphically display the data in a way that my mind can utilize it easily. I don't use it much because it doesn't work ofr me. I would love to have that improved.
Making and scheduling content used to be very time consuming and difficult. Cloud Campagin helps me quickly define custom posting schedules. It makes queues of content for me that are utilized via the schdules. Now I can focus on creating good content rather than being overwhelmed with the process. They also solved the problem of content creation. I love the caption AI integration, image creation linkages with platforms like Canva. Super cool.

It's so easy to implement and get running for your business. They have a university to teach you the ins and outs. Super intuitive platform.
Don't sleep on Cloud Campaign!
It's so good, I had to actually think of something I'd change. The only thing I can think of is it'd be nice if we had control of the reports and modules to build custom dynamic reports like you can with Agency Analytics. However, the out of the box reports are still intuitive and easy to read, make decisions, and optimize.
The biggest problem it solves is time saving. We no longer have to log into all the individual platforms to schedule posts, manage comments, respond to messages, or get reports. It brings everything into one dashboard. Gone are the days of manually sending clients content for review or reports on how well the campaigns are performing. It's all right at our fingertips and setup for scale.
Clients love seeing their posts in the approval links and having the ability to make comments per post. We love having all the content housed in one app, seeing the calendar of upcoming posts and the recommendations from CC as to when we should be posting to which platform based on the type of content. It's all been working well for us and our clients.
There are some limitations on platforms you can post to, but I know CC is working to add as many social platforms as possible.
Housing all the content and analytics in one platform is amazing. Clients love seeing a consolidated report as well as being able to drill down into specific platforms to see performance metrics.
I love the fact that it's very compatible with almost all of the social media sites I've known. It makes scheduling very convenient and the UI is very user-friendly. I also like the fact that informs the user of any running issues and making it specific to the user.
I also consider their customer service top-tier. They are responsive to our inquiries and would even set up meetings so we can better understand their app.
I guess what I dislike is the fact that it automatically logs out our account upon closing Cloud. I'm hoping that they'll add a "Remember Me" feature to avoid this issue as this would save us time to use their services.
We had an issue with our previous scheduler before that it was so hassle to schedule each posts to the corresponding socials. With Cloud, you don't have to manually schedule each post one-by-one since all socials are available for our selection in just one button. They are even updated with the new social websites where we can potentially promote our posts like Threads.
Each client is considered a brand. You don't have a fee for every social media page, just for the brands. I like the AI feature to help with captions, hash tags and emojis. I like the feature that allows you to schedule drip campaigns and reuse content.
I do not like that the canva graphics are not saved in my canva account. It makes it harder to work with graphics others have created. I would like to be able to schedule reels to Facebook and Instagram. I do not like the reports as much as I liked the reports on Social Pilot.
