Close is best CRM tool
What do you like best about Close?
Close is one of the best CRM tools that helps to manage the tasks with its awesome features like the built-in communication and reporting tools. It is very easy to use and helps to close the deals sooner. The interface is very simple we can have all at one place, all emails, conversations with customer are well organised and easy to set up
What do you dislike about Close?
Quite happy with the features provided by close but the call feature needs to be improved.
What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using close I had issues with managing and organising the customer communications and conversations, email tracking was quite difficult and un-organised and hence took up a lot of time and effort to close a deal. With Close one of the best CRM tools email tracking has been very simplified and hence I can save a lot of time and efforts. Also close provides reporting features, customer conversations, emails completed or done, calls, tasks and more under one interface.

I earn my living If you care about your sales team, gift them Close
What do you like best about Close?
Smoothest platform in existence of all the different CRMs.
What do you dislike about Close?
Recommendations to others considering Close?
Hubspot and GHL are a mess in comparison.
What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only thing I can think of might be that there is only one color/icon for a task and that it sometimes makes it harder to differentiate when you have a lot of tasks. The new interface of close when first launched was a bit clunky but it’s better now

Love that feautre! Seamless navigation, quick learning curve, unbelievable customer support
What do you like best about Close?
I love that Close has everything all in one place when going to review my day. I can see the task I need to complete, my schedule and new leads that have come in. It's a great way to overview and then I can pinpoint from there by clicking on what is necessary. Which will take me to the finer details. Also, if ther is ever any issues, customer support is always quick to respond! Lastly, it syncs easily with my calendar which I love. Not only is it an extra layer of protection so I don't miss anything but it is also helpful when going to schedule my day.
What do you dislike about Close?
My ONLY gripe is that after I use the call feature for any length of time it does start to break up and I have to call the prospect back. It's usually not an issue but is a minor annoyance.
What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to create templates for the text I send out. Also, I enjoy the AI transcript that happens after each call. It gives a summary and I can read the entire transcript and click on specfic areas of the transcript that take me right to what I want to listen too.

nice sales crm
What do you like best about Close?
Staying on top of my sales metrics can be bothersome sometimes and Close helps me put that data into one place. I've been testing the platform for awhile now and I can safely say my team will be getting an intro to this platform for future operations. I've managed to close 4 deals this week solely because I can see who needs reminders, nurturing, calling, etc. This will be a nice CRM for my agency and personal business.
What do you dislike about Close?
One thing that stands out to me is when you top up your account for calling and email usage / services your balance doesn't carry over to the next month. If you pay for $20 and you don't use it, it won't go into the next month. You either buy 20 again or you do your best to use all of it. This isn't bad for teams with a large volume of sales calls and email marketing each day. Just thought I should mention this.
What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?
Close easily solves my need for real data. I am all about knowing where business comes from and what happens when they enter into my pipeline. I've used so many CRMs and diallers in the past and nothing has really worked for me in a simple fashion. Extremely easy to use as well. I am someone who doesn't like long learning periods so I can basically plug and play the Close CRM.

Close Is the Sales Sidekick Every SDR Needs!
What do you like best about Close?
As a sales development professional, Close has completely redefined how I manage outreach and follow-ups. What stands out most is the built-in calling and emailing functionality, which eliminates the need for third-party tools. The Smart Views are a game-changer which is perfect for segmenting leads by stage, priority, or any custom field. It’s a seamless blend of CRM and productivity, making my workflow feel natural and efficient. Plus, the auto-logging of communication saves hours every week!
What do you dislike about Close?
If I had to be picky, I’d say the initial setup could feel slightly overwhelming for someone completely new to sales CRMs. However, their onboarding resources and live chat support are excellent and helped flatten the learning curve within a few days.
What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Close, I struggled with juggling multiple tools just to manage leads and communications. Now, everything from lead tracking to follow-ups to analytics lives in one place. It has helped me cut down lead response time by nearly 60%, which directly impacted our conversion rate. The platform keeps me accountable, organized, and always on top of my pipeline.
