What do you like best about Clootrack?

1. Easy to use – the software is incredibly user-friendly and requires no prior coding expertise.

2. Insights are a step above other consumer intelligence platforms. I have had many demos of different platforms, but Clootrack methodology and dashboards work to find robust explanations behind strong emotional reactions or trending conversation topics.

3. The Clootrack team is a skilled and talented group. They are great to work with –  responsive and creative, delivering high-quality insights. The added data scientist support during project creation/scoping, source volume checks, dashboard iterations, and overall insights elevates the output and process for me.

4. Clootracks is adaptable, dynamic, and innovative. Our needs are not one-size-fits-all; every project is unique in source types, categories studied, and reporting requirements. Clootracks can fill the gaps and help me find the best solution given the individual project needs. This customization results in more impactful consumer intelligence insights.

What do you dislike about Clootrack?

Nothing to date. The Clootrack team is constantly innovating internally, and they come to me with newly added features almost monthly.

What problems is Clootrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clootrack software helps us track and analyze customer feedback from various online sources. We use this as a preliminary step to research, and it prevents us from asking questions already answered in the market today. Pushing our findings to the next level and ensuring we get all the insights available in the market.

The capacity to deep dive and go in details. The visualization is great and ends in an awesome user experience.

What do you like best about Clootrack?

Simply one of the best In-sighting tools to help mine Social Media Data - and structure it against any internal reference (be it related to Customer Care or Marketing or anything else) - while having a significant focus on both accuracy & scalability. At the same time, Clootrack requires minimal effort - since it has Unsupervised Learning at its core - which immensely reduces the turnaround time & in-process expedites the Tool readiness for the organization.

What do you dislike about Clootrack?

It not being a complete suite - Social Listening + ORM + In-sighting

What problems is Clootrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping structure big data (Social Media) - aggregated through our brand pages, public forums/blogs, etc. - against our internal references (Customer Care, Marketing, etc.) to help draw insights in real-time. This is what we have tried to solve through Clootrack.

There are several use cases. To mention one of them, through this, we have been able to identify - where in our customer journey (pre-sales, sales process, post-sales, etc.), the Customer Experience is getting distorted the most.

None so far. it has been an ease to work with the tool.

Recommendations to others considering Clootrack:

If you are crystal clear on what you want for your outcomes. The tool is excellent in bringing together various dimensions for analysis and making sound decisions. Recommend that you have a clear target audience in a topical niche or geographical niche or a combination of both. The overall display of data can be improved upon. But for our current purposes, it gets the point across very clearly.

Attempting to understand viewer sentiment and what insights can we learn from what our viewers had shared from their comments.
