Lo mejor de este software que diría es que es simple pero muy confiable. Otros programas de cronometraje que he usado no han sido tan confiables, lo que podría causar problemas reales como tiempo perdido de entrada / salida que, si es un empleado por hora, genera menos horas y, en última instancia, menos dinero en su cheque de pago, sin mencionar el lado disciplinario de las cosas. . Simplemente ahorra muchas molestias y dolores de cabeza que provienen de los simples errores que otros programas parecen cometer con frecuencia.

It is a very straightforward application that is browser based. You can leave it running in the background. From the employee perspective it is much easier to just start the workday from the browser than using some other physical system. From a HR perspective, finishing payroll digitally is probably helpful, which means easier pay for us.

It could be lacking in design. I am not sure precisely what could improve my experience. It should stay out of the way and not be very distracting. It tries to do other things like task management and coordinating sick/leave days. Perhaps it could be designed to be more responsive and asynchronous. It also feels like it was made several years ago instead of constantly being updated.

It is a solid and robust tool that hasn't failed us yet.

The mobile website at times could be glitchy and frustrating. It had a slight learning curve to it, but was easy to use after past that initial curve.

Clockspot is an excellent option for those looking for a new payroll management system.

The best thing about this software I would say is that it is simple yet very reliable. Other time keeping programs i have used have not been as reliable which could cause real problems like missed time in/out which if you are an hourly employee leads to fewer hours and ultimately less money on your paycheck, not to mention the disciplinary side of things. It just saves alot of hassle and headaches that come from the simple mistakes other programs seem to make frequently.

The only issue I seemed to run into was the edit function. Sometimes I would have trouble getting it to work.

I find this to be more reliable than other similar programs, which I believe to be one of the most important aspects when deciding on this particular type of software. I personally would want the most reliable product when it comes to time keeping/payroll. This product could definitely end up saving you alot of money by making sure your timesheets/payroll is correct the first time.

Keeping track of the hours worked is the main problem solved by this program. The benefits are that it is a reliable way to keep track of the amount of time worked and know that it is going to be correct.
