Great at helping to get proposals done quickly and to our specifications and our new customers

It can be a bit confusing when first starting but the videos and demos are very helpful

What do you like best about ClientPoint?

I like how the program allows me to create ebrochures and proposals that look very professional. I can also tailor my submissions to the exact problem the clients are having. I like how flexible the development team is.

What do you dislike about ClientPoint?

There is not too much to dislike however, I would like to see the cover page before I move on in the proposal instead of waiting for the completed proposal to be reviewed.

You will find the program very ease to use.

What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes our proposals more professional than other companies. Also I use it for monitoring business closed for my reps.

I love how flexible the developers are in customizing the specfic tools we need. I never heard "we can't do that" or "that's not possible. "

Nothing. We've been 100% satisfied with the ClientPoint experience.

ClientPoint was able to do everything we knew we needed and was able to more than what we needed by providing tools and resources in areas we never expected ClientPoint to assist us with.

What do you like best about ClientPoint?

These days, it is difficult to meet in person with a prospective client. With ClientPoint, we can still engage face to face and share professional, compelling business presentations. As a result, our sales process has become more efficient. We are able to connect with more prospects and close deals faster.

What do you dislike about ClientPoint?

At this point, we have experienced no downside!

Developing visually appealing and persuasive sales presentations is easy. And it is simple to track performance and understand where we are in our sales cycle with each client.

"Exactly the solution we were looking for to organize our proposals and improve our sales process"
What do you like best about ClientPoint?

I really like how we can easily group and customize each piece of content to match the customer regardless of media type. It is simple to use and it extends our HubSpot CRM through integration. It provides the tracking we needed to ensure the customer was accessing the information. The ability to password protect and track sharing is a huge benefit as well.

The onboarding process and training we received were very helpful. Often we have to use products are not as user friendly out of the box. The learning curve is short and the ClientPoint implementation staff were proactive and very supportive.

From our customers perspective it is easier for them to research us and make a decision in less time as everything they need is in the package we set up in ClientPoint.

What do you dislike about ClientPoint?

There isn't much of anything that I dislike about ClientPoint.

Recommendations to others considering ClientPoint:

ClientPoint is well worth it. I recommend it highly. It has been the missing link in our process and I wish I had it sooner.

I feel that we have improved our sales process. The proposal process is more efficient, more uniform and more consistent, and very professional - something that we have been lacking until now.

What do you like best about ClientPoint?

While my competition is handing customers hand written quotes, I am able to provide a professional dynamic proposal before I leave the customers site.

What do you dislike about ClientPoint?

Sometimes the GUI still feels kluncky and not as smooth as I want it to be.

Worth a try. Support team is always available.

What do you like best about ClientPoint?

Time is of the essence, as we all know, and to save time is a big win for us at our agency. We choose ClientPoint for the seamless integration of the many pieces to a powerful proposal, such as video, that can be included. It's all right there where you need it, and the time to replace client names and the interchangeable copy is alleviated. That along with the fact you can see everything the client has clicked and seen in real time make the sales process so much easier.

What do you dislike about ClientPoint?

This survey is the WORST site I've had to fill anything out in since dial-up days! Whoa is this slow and frustating because half the buttons don't even work! Client Point, I would run, not walk from this platform if you want to get your reviews. I almost quit several times.

What problems is ClientPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

This saves time and helps know who is opening the proposal and when. This is useful so we can know when to follow-up.
