I like this software because it was easy to use and it serves it purpose.
Actually there was not one thing that i did not like about this software that I can think of at the moment.

I've been using ClientBase for 3 years now and am continually amazed with the diverse ways I can store data, track trends from clients and effectively market to them.
Interface can be a bit overwhelming at first, but with consistent daily use, you learn to find the tools and areas you use the most.

It is not the prettiest system however it functions awesome! It works as needed and gets our job done

I like that you can build an inventory and easily search for clients and build res cards
It is definitely not user friendly. The training videos provided are out dated. Getting help generally requires them to take over your computer remotely and takes a couple hours at best.
Res cards look professional after you figure out where to put the info - took me a couple months to get this correct.
I liked that clients information is easy to locate.
The navigation is not easy like Sabre plus.

It's a very easy product to use. The team picked it up straight away with limited need for much in house training. One of the Market leaders in Travel Booking and CRM. It does exactly what we require it to do.
The support we receive leaves a lot to be desired. Often left waiting for a response and when we do the support engineer is no more skilled than ourselves.
The product does what we need it to and we would recommend. Be mindful of the support you receive from Sabre though.
Storing our Corporate customer base. We use a number of Sabre Products and they all integrate really well.
