This is the most user-friendly timekeeping site/app I've ever used. Each screen is intuitively designed and simple to use.

Our whole small organization uses it to keep time from various locations: our home office and six home offices. Instantaneous notifications via email mean that we are all able to request time off in a timely manner and when we are late with timekeeping, it is recorded as soon as entered.

The best part is that the website is minimalistic and loads well. After that, it's just a matter of keying in the hours you have worked on a project and the time you spent on it. Also, the projects you worked on last week appear in the blank week template for next week in order of the most time utilised, so you don't have to enter the project name every week.
I have to think hard to come up with a downside for Clicktime. This isn't a big deal, but one cannot write the description for a project in the comment box allotted for it in bullet point form. It has to be a paragraph. You could write points, but they will not begin on the following line. It isn't a deal breaker for me.

Simply put, it allows me to save time when keying in the number of hours I have worked so I can use my time where it is needed the most, which is project work. Also, If I need to create reports for the time I have spent on different projects to know if I am over the budget, it is straightforward as several reporting formats or templates are available.
Employees like the app capabilities. From an administrative standpoint, the ability to customize activities and track time by fund source is very helpful.
