As a consultant, I need to stay abreast of the amount of time I spend on clients and need to maintain budgets allocated to projects or services. Click time makes it easy to enter data - on my desktop, phone and iPad - it'slways accessible so even after hours pop-up work gets entered.

There's no downside to Clicktime. If you have to manage time, budgets, even contractor's hours, Clicktime does it. Pricing is fair, easy to use, great support.

The biggest problem that Clicktime solves for me is keeping me on track to make sure that the hours budgeted for work are going to the right priorities; I can see exactly what I've done over a day.

I appreciate the fact that I can track my time under different funders for the NGO I work for. I can create different summaries and see how many hours can be attributed to different tasks.

It was a little tricky to figure out the layout, but it was fine once I browsed and played around with the setup. The overall appearance of the website is okay.

This is the most user-friendly timekeeping site/app I've ever used. Each screen is intuitively designed and simple to use.

There is nothing to dislike unless it is the very bare bones graphics.

Our whole small organization uses it to keep time from various locations: our home office and six home offices. Instantaneous notifications via email mean that we are all able to request time off in a timely manner and when we are late with timekeeping, it is recorded as soon as entered.

User interface is top notch. Creating and editing project data for tracking is insanely easy. The platform has cut hours from our workflow and has made staff very happy.

There really is not anything that I dislike about the plaform.

Turn around time for timesheets - from completing, to issuing to approvals has been cut down to more than half. Data is available at our fingertips which helps in projections and forecasting.

Click Time is incredibly user-friendly and easily accessible while I am on the road. I can go seamlessly from a desktop to my cell phone. I can easily and accurrately log my time and see in real time the vacation and sick time available in my "bank". The auto-save function is my favorite feature.

As a user I cannot adjust the daily goal for minimum hours. I work a 32 hour workweek and see the red flags on my time sheet.

ClickTime is intutive, cloud-based and has a great app. Highly configurable for different clients and jobs and rates. Super reporting engines. U.S. based tech support that is always very helpful.

Been using the tool for over 10 years and don't have any complaints.

ClickTime makes my monthly billing so very easy. I record client and task and a note. The client gets the annotated time report and never has a question about what I've done for them.

How easy it is to input my times i worked.

You can't put the exact time you go to lunch. You can only deduct however long your break was.

The best part is that the website is minimalistic and loads well. After that, it's just a matter of keying in the hours you have worked on a project and the time you spent on it. Also, the projects you worked on last week appear in the blank week template for next week in order of the most time utilised, so you don't have to enter the project name every week.

I have to think hard to come up with a downside for Clicktime. This isn't a big deal, but one cannot write the description for a project in the comment box allotted for it in bullet point form. It has to be a paragraph. You could write points, but they will not begin on the following line. It isn't a deal breaker for me.

As a consultant, I have to key in my hours spent on different projects in Clicktime, and since time is one constraint I have to deal with, the most important thing I need is a system that helps me quickly enter my time spent on different projects. Simply put, it allows me to save time when keying in the number of hours I have worked so I can use my time where it is needed the most, which is project work. Also, If I need to create reports for the time I have spent on different projects to know if I am over the budget, it is straightforward as several reporting formats or templates are available.

Employees like the app capabilities. From an administrative standpoint, the ability to customize activities and track time by fund source is very helpful.

Not much to report. It's simple and easy to use.
