In my view the new capabilities and products features needs to be there and the monthly or quarterly call about new features with client will be good so that we can leverage the features more.

We are using Clickpost for AWB generation and tracking for all courier partners. We are using their NDR and NPR as well.

It becomes easy to integrate any courier partner as we don't have to do any changes at our end every time.

We can see that our returns and cancellation have reduces after live tracking and NDR implementation of clickpost.

Extremely powerful feature set for managing logistics. We had tried multiple courier aggregators over the past 2 years but were struggling a lot around order delays, tracking, transparent view of courier performance. The entire process after Clickpost has been extremely good. There are so many features. ClickPost has literally helped me get a promotion :D
