Material tracking and efficient use of all inbound sales opportunities is the biggest reason, for now, we opted for Clickpoint. Having utilized Clickpoint in the past, simply, makes the dealing with call part of a call center perfect.
It is capable of all the needs on our list, packaged in a clean, intuitive interface with features that were understandable: the terminology and logic do not require a sales automation experience for our team to get up to speed. We start with high-value leads and need the ability for collaboration among multiple callers with the option of using the same phone number, and a clean history that is easy to follow and pick up where others left off over time.
SMS works well, but there's no MMS. 3-way call connecting initially sounded clunky but during the trial, we found it to be smooth. Moreover, we saw multi-user capability for us to use one phone number for the lead: one SMS thread, but multiple people could provide phone follow-up, which will make life easier for the lead, also, to see history in their own SMS thread.
We did a review of sales automation software to find a solution that, once in place, would remove the friction on lead-follow-up. We went with ClickPoint for the above reasons and are in the early stages of realizing the benefits of this upgrade: it's now easier to call and follow-up on leads, meanwhile the information is all captured and easy to find for the next caller to jump in on the cycle.
The overall functionality and ability to search for an easily find what I am looking for.
It sometimes lags due to spikes in utilization but the background team is always right on top of it so there really is nothing to outright dislike about the program in my opinion.
I would definitely recommend clickpoint to others.

ClickPoint is making our jobs a lot easier. It is very easy to track and monitor all leads, which has improved of efficiency.
We receive 100-200 leads per day so the feature we like best is ClickPoint's lead distribution tools. It helps by automatically distributing the high-priority leads first.
All the improvements that I would write here have already been resolved. ClickPoint has an extremely responsive support team that listens to feedback and improves the software quickly.
Ask for suggestions on how to structure your lead flow. Heath and Gabe have a lot of experience in identifying ways tor streamline your sales process. They were very helpful in customizing our platform.
The main problem we used ClickPoint for was to automate the lead distribution to our sales team in a fair and measurable way. In doing so, we ended up improving our sales flow to be more productive using ClickPoints distribution "Pull" features. We found we were also able to distribute leads based on skill/performance level of our reps, and created separate specialized sales teams as a result.
We also found ClickPoint's report templates to be extremely helpful in monitoring our sales team's performance. We track common dispositions to find areas for improvement and created dashboards to monitor performance. We've been able to spot anomalies in our sales flow that we had no visibility to prior and make corrections along the way.
