What do you like best about ClickConnector?

- Team is amazing at ClickConnetor, they actively listen to their customers and implement those actively.

- The product is mature and packed with features

- If you want to start simple or have deep customization they have got you covered.

What do you dislike about ClickConnector?

- Lack of mobile app, you can use it as PWA but sometimes you might notifications. It works flawlessly on the web browser but Phone app would be cherry on top.

What problems is ClickConnector solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping us right from acquiring a customer with the help of Sales Chat Bots, Piplines to track status of sales, to supporting customers once they are onboarded. You can add support chatbot where it can crawl upto 50 pages of your website to gather information, you can also create Knowledge Base from the platform making it one stop solution for a customer support.

It also offers Unibox so all of your chats are in consoliated in one inbox like you fb, insta, whatsapp and even emails are in one inbox that can be accessed by your support staff and take care by your support staff.

I have been using it for a months and still learning about new features.

What do you like best about ClickConnector?

Click Connector not only allows a live chat on our site but also has AI bots, and traditional flow driven chat bots ... but the surprise was that we can also respond to comments in posts on Facebook (might also be able to do that on other social platforms but we really only use Facebook). The interface is a huge step up from the previous platform we were using. Overall, this keeps our response times to minutes (in work hours) on all platforms.

What do you dislike about ClickConnector?

We dont really have any dislikes. There were some minor teething issues but support resolved that so quickly .. not an issue.

What problems is ClickConnector solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralising the sales and support functions and keeping our CRM updated.

What do you like best about ClickConnector?

We can get all customer details directly from Shopify for our support agents in Clickconnector. No need to switch or search for another tool for more customer details. That way you have all valuable data in 1 support tool like orders, last messages, tracking information etc. This is very handy. They also have integration with AI tools like chatGPT which again saves you a ton of time.

What do you dislike about ClickConnector?

2 things. 1) I would like to see a better UX/UI as I am quite lost in the navigation. 2) As I like automation, we need more native integrations. Zappier is ok but expensive. I understand that creating a native integration is one of the harder tasks and costs some money that would rather be spent on creating features, but APIs, webhooks, and native integrations are how the product stands out and makes it more powerful. They have API, webhook and even Zappier but I need more native integrations like Hubspot, Brevo (old Sendinblue) etc.

What problems is ClickConnector solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well, the Clickconnector was a great buy this year. It helps us automate customer inquiries with our support agents. They even integrate with ChatGPT, again saving you a lot of time. We are now working on converting our knowledge base to Clickconnector as it is just a simple way to create great Helpdesk articles and collections. We've been using different tools for our Shopify store, but each tool only does one thing - chat, knowledge base, support tickets, and so on. Clickconnector does everything, so we don't have to keep switching between tools. They even have forms, you can run an email campaign or SMS.
