We moved our reporting from Klipfolio to ClicData about a year ago and in the process of transitioning to a new tool, we also researched using Tableau. And we couldn't be happier with our decision to use ClicData. The offering and feature set for the price is incredibly reasonable. The support is top notch and I've seen some of the features I've suggested already implemented. Like any of these tools, there's a learning curve in the beginning but they were fantastic about helping us along. Everyone in our company uses reporting built on ClicData, we even have some of it embedded in our internal systems so users don't have to go to a separate site. It's just an excellent product.

I don't have any major complaints. Highly recommend.

ClicData enables us to connect all of our data from various sources (database, marketing channels, ERP system, etc), manipulate it and display it for various teams throughout our company. It reduces the number of reporting requests as nearly all data is now visible to the right stakeholders.

I find Clicdata to be fairly user-friendly and straightforward. Connecting your data sets and creating beautiful and valuable visuals is easy to do. They also have a very responsive support team.

No major complaints or challenges. I've been working with the product for a while, so I feel very familiar with it. For someone new to the product, there will be a learning curve to understand all of the elements of the platform and how to use them most effectively.

Allows us to visualize multiple data sets and see the relations in trends across these data sets. Allows us to share data sets / dashboards to other departments easily.

Clicdata is great! It does all of the normal BI tool things well - tables, graphs, etc., and is very easy to configure and use. Where it shines best though is when you're trying to customize how the end user interacts with it. The options for either using their built in user management, or their Live Link functionality for embedding it in a custom app allow for great flexibility. Also the ability to style widgets exactly how you want them is a feature I have not seen in many other offerings. Technical support has been extremely responsive and solves most of my problems, and when they are not able, they get any issues resolved quickly with their development team. After using ClicData for 5 years now, I cannot recommend them highly enough

The only issue is that per-user pricing can get quite expensive very quickly. $5/user is fine when there's a small user base, but rolling it out to a large user base can become cost prohibitive.

We need a flexible BI tool and that's what it is. It benefits me because it's easy to use and does everything we need it to.

The people, I have worked with both Luke Fife and Collin Apodac since day one and they have been absolutely amazing.

The data flows, it's difficult to use and has a few glitches.

We are selling dashboards that we create on clicdata.

The UI is very simple for end-users, and we can join data from multiple systems into one dashboard.

Not knowing a lot of the formulas to get things to show the way I want. However, support is very helpful with figuring that stuff out.

It is very easy to set up and make changes to your dashboards. A lot of times, I don't know how I want a report to look. With ClicData I can continue to make changes until I get the layout just right.

We use this to create dashboards from all our different systems in one location.

I am coming off of using a competitive service (idashboards) for the past 5-8 years) and I only wish I had found clicdata sooner. idashboards wanted us to sign a 2 year contract for more than 7x the price of clicdata which jumped to 14x the price the 2nd year. Even putting price aside, ClicData is SO MUCH BETTER in every way! The mid tier membership with ClicData is serving our needs perfectly with a database connection, 10 users and live link capabilities. We haven't embedded any dasboards yet, but nice to know the capability exists. The support is phenomenal and I got a free hour of training with a very knowledgeable support representative. I did that about a month into using the service so I had a bunch of questions gathered up and he answered them ALL. You can always contact support with minor issues too and they are super helpful.

Occasionally there are little bugs, but those seem to get fixed quickly. For the price, there is nothing I would complain about!

I looked at probably 30 other BI services when I was making a switch and couldn't be happier with my choice. I have experience in using a similar platform so it was a smooth transition and my team of "viewers" loves it. We didn't purchase an extensive support package, but I know ClicData offers that and given the experiences I've had with their support staff I'd say it's worth every penny to get you up and running. This may not be the best choice for extremely large companies who need on site training (not sure if they offer that?) but for small to medium sized companies in virtually any industry I don't think you'll find anything better. I also thought their white label option was very cool. I used to be a consultant and would have invested in that at the time if I had known about it.

So many benefits! We are importing data from many different sources and building dashboards that can be used company wide for top level information or by specific teams for extremely detailed results. We've taken projects that used to get buried for lack of time and made them available at the click of a button. It is helping us to better understand our business in so many ways.

The system is super user friendly and the customer support is Oh My God. They solve your doubts/issues so fast that it makes it easy for you to continue working on your project.

A couple of things actually-

1. It does not let you have multiple windows side by side. Like if you open dashboard in window 1 and data in window 2, it logs out of window 1.

2. It hangs at times but thats ok.

Just use it and you'll love it. ITS AMAZING!

Even if you are new to it, you will take a day to two max to get used tp it and then there is no turning back.

Making dashboards similar to what CRM's have so that we can keep a track of our employees and their performance based on categories.

Both the product, which keeps growing and always getting more functionalities, and the support team are great to work with.

It has a poor android native application.

Increased agility in the decision-making process and concentrated the analysis in one place, removing the need for other tools.
