We looked at a lot of CRMs out there, but the vast majority are bloated with features we didn't need in our small business. We found Clevertim CRM to be a breath of fresh air in its simplicity and ease of use. It was an easy sell to my sales team. Support is very responsive, friendly and most importantly they solve the problems, not just close tickets.
If only it would integrate with Outlook, that'd be great. A bit of a dislike although the dropbox feature makes up for that a bit. Still Outlook integration would tick all our boxes.
If you're looking for something easy to use & learn, then this is it. Customer support is great too.

By Clevertim CRM we have observed an extensive improvement in our business. Because of it, I can easily keep an eye on my team’s progress at work and it also helped us in contact management. Its features like that of management notes and reminder notes helped us a lot too. We love the way it keeps the authentic statistics and details. We can now customize each feature according to our needs. We have found it as perfect software that is prompt and transparent and helped us in getting huge benefits within a short period.
What we don’t like about it is its customer service which we found as quite lazy and very unsupportive. Apart from its customer service, there isn’t anything that we don’t like about Clevertim CRM.
Clevertim CRM is a highly efficient and simple to use tool for the management of customer relationships. With it, we have observed a huge benefit within a short time. Its various features like management notes and calendar notes are its plus points too. With it, we can keep a better track of statistics, and the ability to customize each feature is very amazing. but its customer service is something we are not satisfied with otherwise it is an excellent CRM solution.
I love the style in which this platform works offering us a unique demonstration to accurately explore the details, statistics, how to customize each feature and be able to visualize the interface with a better perspective by means of examples so that the team trains properly before buy the product I think everyone should offer this type of demonstrations to give more incentive to project teams, whether small or medium companies.
I have nothing to criticize. Clevertin CRM is a software that brings great benefits and works in a clean and fast way in the collaboration with our clients.
Clevertim CRM always responds so that something never happens to us and has a series of interesting features for any organization that is dedicated to sales, project preparation and administration in different areas.

Clevertim CRM uses zapier to integrate hundreds of applications such as: Twitter, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, Mailgun, AWeber, Freshbooks, Wufoo, Zendesk, and the API includes Contact Management, Retrieval of reminders, opportunities, and the management notes.
I have no complaints, this tool is easy to adapt and fulfills the tasks that are needed at a fair cost for the amount of benefits and customer service that they offer.
For those looking to have security software Clevertin stores data securely on servers regularly and keeps servers updated with the latest security patches as they come out with a data backup twice a day.
