CleverControl is a real gem! As an IT guy, I'm always looking for tools that make my life easier, and this one is a keeper. It's super easy to navigate, and you don't need to be a coding whiz to set it up. Real-time alerts and secure data storage? Check and check.

What I really dig about it, though, is how smoothly it plays with other software. Doesn't matter if you're a small startup or a big corporation, it just fits right in. And when you stack it up against the competition, CleverControl just gives you more bang for your buck..

It's not all sunshine and rainbows. I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more customization in the platform. But, nobody's perfect, right?

Employee Monitoring

For me, the user interface in CleverControl is very helpful. It's easy to navigate and to understand the different functions. The automated notifications are also very helpful for staying informed about employee activity. The best thing is surely the customizable features they offer so you can customize your settings according to your specific needs. Comparing it to competitors, CleverControl has in one program all the tools we use, our favourites being Screen recording and FaceRecognition.

Clever Control is very easy to use: all I needed was to create an account and spend a couple of minutes installing the program on the computers. No need to set up a local server which is a huge advantage. I can check on each of my staff members remotely anytime even if I am out of the office.

The program collects a lot of data about almost every activity on the computer. Besides, I can watch a real-time broadcast from each employee's screen (or all screens at once). All features are flexible, you can enable and disable them depending on your purpose.

No customizable alerts based on keyboard input.

The data collected by the program served as great evidence in an internal investigation. I received several reports from the staff that one of my employees did tasks for our direct competitors during the workday. However, I didn't have any proof to that so I decided to install the monitoring software on her work computer. Within a week I had enough evidence to prove it.

The software is positioned by the developer as an SMB IT solution and it works very well to fulfill this description. It has full functionality while being completely free for up to 9 users. Firstly, not a secret that small businesses prefer to cut expenses as much as possible, and it really cannot get less expensive than free.

Secondly, the program comes with full functionality even for free users. So I managed to solve several issues in my company.

Thirdly, CleverControl has good security features. It not only helps to prevent information leaks but even provides physical security with webcam recordings.

Fourthly, it is easy to use. The only effort you have to make in order to start using the software is install it. So, again, great for a small business - no additional hardware required.

Not a dislike but more of a recommendation to the developer. With the feature of Live Viewing it would be useful to be able to record the live stream. It can be later used not only to prove somebody’s wrongdoing, but for training new employees.

However well established you consider your company to be, I think there is always room for improvement. And software, such as this one, can make any small business owner’s life easier. It requires almost nothing from you, but its output is very impressive.

Currently I am using the program on 16 computers. It is no longer free, but still it is only about $1.5 per user a month - quite reasonable, I think. And I am sticking to it because it really helped me to improve time management in the team.

I love everything, about CleverControl Employee Monitoring. Its simply perfect. It offers a range of features. The online account navigation could use some improvement. It would be great to have a Live Viewing feature that allows screen monitoring.

The limits of functionality and technical issues with the program have been quite disappointing. But it initially worked well it eventually started malfunctioning after a months. Due to its unreliability and lack of support I cannot recommend this program.

I find the data visualization features in CleverControl most helpful. I love being able to easily scan and identify patterns in how my employees have been using company computers. I appreciate the user-friendly interface and modern design that makes it easy to navigate. One of the best things about the software is the robust variety of features that are available. Compared to competitors, CleverControl definitely stands out with its user-friendly design and helpful data visualization capabilities.
