Cloe Integration Cloud is most helpful in dealing with complete Inbound to Oubound cycle for any company. It replaces DTS, EDI, File routing etc. if you choose Cleo you dont need any other EDI tools. I see a upside from DTS part where it routes the files dealing with custimers inc reating AS2 channels with them.
I donot say it is dislike, but when we have high volumne file like aaround 15k-20K performance should be better in loading time. If the loading performance is increased it will be a most sphisticated tool in the market.
It is solving is in the below areas and we are using this as most efficient tool.
1. DTS (Data Transformation Services)
2. Inbound loading
3. Outbound files.
It is benefiting us for all the purposed mentioned above.

We like the CIC interface and that gives more visibility to our engineers to monitor the issues quickly and respond back to our internal Clients swiftly. This kind of visibility is not available in our previous vendor tools.
We have started using this Platform for the past 6 months I dont see a big concern on any of the features available. But one improvement area is whenever there is glitch in the network that was not reported if the outage is for a very short period.
CIC is helping us to have an end to end visibility of the transactions that is flowing which helps in providing a good service to our customer.
