Cledara has helped us track application…
Cledara has helped us track application usage! It's been great to work with the Cledara team to help track our software application usage and spending. The customer service team and Jo in the tech team are always available to answer our questions, and Jack on the Product Marketing Team even interviewed me to better understand how our experience has been with the product and any ways they could improve.

I highly recommend it as a product if you're looking to increase efficiencies and transparency around software usage for your firm.

What do you like best about Cledara?

Simple oversight of current applications refernece don the system, ability to trace applications that are used only on an adhoc basis and centralise ownership and spend management.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

Limited ability to monitor and understand spend, has been significantly improved in the recent periods by the expansion and introduction of a more detailed report suite.

What problems is Cledara solving and how is that benefiting you?

With a remote workforce there were numerous system owners, duplicate licenses and different payment models (company bank, credit card, personal bank, fintech solutions), no we have a singlular view of all platforms with dedicate payment cards and spend estimates.

What do you like best about Cledara?

I really like user interface of Cledara, which doesn't require training. Onboarding team is really awesome and friendly. Really liked the rewards feature of Cledara. Any organisation with huge SAAS spend will basically get to Cledara for free. The team is really happy seeing list of all softwares in one place, and we had good feedback from the new joiner.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

I wonder if Cledara provides an approval process as part of their basic paid package. Next paid version seems bit expensive.

What problems is Cledara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting SAAS budgets, knowing who are the admins, Making list of softwares available to internal team.

"Extremely useful software that has given us a tremendous amount of control"
What do you like best about Cledara?

Until now, our SaaS subscription spends have been a bit of a "wild west" approach, where there was little control over it. Cledara has given us the ability to have an overview of all of our subscriptions, split up by departments and employees and has allowed us to "trim the fat" of subscriptions we didn't realise we were paying for with no users. Cashback was also a significant element of choosing Cledara, as using the software is a net-zero cost to the company.

Our Head of Engineering, who has the largest SaaS spend in the company, particularly enjoyed the introduction of Cledara in the company which has allowed him to control his subscriptions and spend.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

Cledara really does everything we'd need from it. There are a couple of UI items I have given as feedback, such as providing a sorting function to allow for seeing when renewal dates are due in order for each spend.

What problems is Cledara solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to control our spend and gives us an overview of what we are using and not using so we can cancel spends or reduce headcounts to save money.
