At the beginig was a liitle bit confuse with the flush/balance. But then everything goes perfect!

With a remote workforce there were numerous system owners, duplicate licenses and different payment models (company bank, credit card, personal bank, fintech solutions), no we have a singlular view of all platforms with dedicate payment cards and spend estimates.
I really like user interface of Cledara, which doesn't require training. Onboarding team is really awesome and friendly. Really liked the rewards feature of Cledara. Any organisation with huge SAAS spend will basically get to Cledara for free. The team is really happy seeing list of all softwares in one place, and we had good feedback from the new joiner.
I wonder if Cledara provides an approval process as part of their basic paid package. Next paid version seems bit expensive.

Until now, our SaaS subscription spends have been a bit of a "wild west" approach, where there was little control over it. Cledara has given us the ability to have an overview of all of our subscriptions, split up by departments and employees and has allowed us to "trim the fat" of subscriptions we didn't realise we were paying for with no users. Cashback was also a significant element of choosing Cledara, as using the software is a net-zero cost to the company.
Our Head of Engineering, who has the largest SaaS spend in the company, particularly enjoyed the introduction of Cledara in the company which has allowed him to control his subscriptions and spend.
Cledara really does everything we'd need from it. There are a couple of UI items I have given as feedback, such as providing a sorting function to allow for seeing when renewal dates are due in order for each spend.
It allows us to control our spend and gives us an overview of what we are using and not using so we can cancel spends or reduce headcounts to save money.
