"Unanet AE ERP Review"

What do you like best about Unanet AE ERP?

From a financial point of view, it is easy to invoice clients wih ease and in a timely manner to create better cash flow.

What do you dislike about Unanet AE ERP?

Custom Reporting.

It would be better if every module was available at the same time. It is limited to what I can add to the reports I need.

What problems is Unanet AE ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of invoicing and creating the finacials we need. It makes my job a lot easier and more accurate.

"AE ERP - Highly Recommend"

What do you like best about Unanet AE ERP?

We initially chose AE ERP because of the cost but quickly learned the product's value was an excellent investment. The software has helped us create efficiencies within our office. I also like that AE allows you to request updates within the support center. Users (across the country) can vote on the items listed by users, which the development team uses to prioritize updates.

What do you dislike about Unanet AE ERP?

There are options to pull in data fields throughout the software, but I have found that it would be helpful if additional tables were drawn into the options menu.

What problems is Unanet AE ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

AE ERP has helped us to make the move to a paperless environment. Documents are easily uploaded to the system and readily accessible to those with access. This option has helped us create efficiencies and prioritize other business areas.

The ability to develop robust custom solutions. It is a common thread of Unanet users that they are amazed at how flexible the system can be made to tailor their needs.

What do you dislike about Unanet AE ERP?

Consistency could be prioritized so that different screens of Unanet comply with a similar layout, and users do not need to go searching for the same functions that have been moved around to different locations.

Aggregating massive amounts of business data in a single and central authority. Unanet allows users to eliminate rogue Excel spreadsheets so that information is contained within one source of truth.

"Working with InFocus is a constant pleasure"

What do you like best about Unanet AE ERP?

With hundreds of projects and five offices our managers need to stay current on the status of their work and have the tools to develop new proposals. InFocus is indispensable for personnel management and project performance. Plus it provides financial statement and accounting data that is crucial for senior management and independent accountants. The data available and the variety of the reports are limitless. Also, our clients want their invoices and reports in a wide variety of styles. The open structure and adaptability of the InFocus system is a constant marvel at design and intuition.

We worked with Clearview for a couple of months in order to transfer our existing clients, projects, time records and accounting records to our new system. With over 16,000 historical projects and a current work in process in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, we matched to the penny. Working with them is a pleasure.

What do you dislike about Unanet AE ERP?

Getting the other folks in our offices to accept and learn this new system

Recommendations to others considering Unanet AE ERP:

Best decision we made. There may be comparable products out there, but I seriously doubt there is anything better. If there was a better product or solution, these folks would match or exceed it.

What problems is Unanet AE ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Project metrics such as profitability, performance, costing and scheduling. InFocus has become a critical management tool for all of our managers, both looking back and planning for the future.

"Unanet AE ERP Functional and Friendly"

What do you like best about Unanet AE ERP?

I have been using Unanet AE full-time since Feb. 2017 and love how user-friendly the system is. I only needed to watch a few videos and review sections in the Unanet University before diving in. The system is easily maneuverable and flexible for all to use, from project management to finance. The mobile apps are easy for anyone to use. Our field technicians like the ability to enter time and expenses in real-time without waiting until they return to their desk tops.

What do you dislike about Unanet AE ERP?

I would like to add different column items that are not offered in some tables. Even with using the customization feature there is still some items not available to generate. This could be something I am not doing correctly; however, I don’t find it holding anything up for me.

I would like to see something for the daily scheduling of employees for projects and/or tasks. This option may be available; I may not see this as a permissions issue.

What problems is Unanet AE ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unanet AE is solving the problem of using multiple systems to track project and financial information. HR, Finance, and Project management can easily review and coordinate within one system.

"Easy to Use!"

What do you like best about Unanet AE ERP?

I love the fact that you are updating AE all the time and roll out new functions based on feedback from users. I also enjoyed attending the Unanet conferences to network and meet with peopel using the same product.

What do you dislike about Unanet AE ERP?

AE use many contractors to support us and cost a tons of money! more education courses should rolled and maybe make add more customizable fields so that we can play it with ourselves in stead of getting it from third party contractors.

What problems is Unanet AE ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us with tracking the cost and reveue in real time. This helps with our company with getting a clear picture with our financials. I love the dashbaords and it can give us a very timely snipet of financials.

What do you like best?

Considering most programming items proceed to improve and execute customer proposed updates, I value Clearview's workshops, where clients can proceed with their InFocus training on cutting edge levels. They have improved about including instructional exercises and preparing modules, and in any event, including individual workshops to help grow my insight and study the product. For a little firm the in focus is entirely moderate, yet has all the usefulness that we can work like a medium to huge firm from a money related point of view. One advantage I have acknowledged is the capacity to make minor alters to Accounting passages without returning re-try something. The adaptability of this product is unrivaled. This product can coordinate all parts of our business, from timesheets to discount reports, invoicing, and charge installment, and so forth It is an all-inclusive resource sort of programming

What do you dislike?

Even though thus product is almost perfect however to create remain solitary explanations and submit to the customer it must be done manually versus a mass email dispersion. Another drawback is that it doesn't have a payroll application. On the off chance that you do in-house payroll, you will require a different programming product to run close by InFocus. From a client (non-authoritative) viewpoint, it very well may be hard to make an outline or to recognize the things after some time without looking back through dates and entries. Interface is somewhat outdated. Some standard reports you get in items like QuickBooks are absent. Versatile timesheet is also somewhat old yet works.

Overall, we can say that despite its flaws it helps in saving enormous amount of time by overcoming invoicing. All data contribution to one framework. Capacity to have extends and invoicing integrated.

"Best application for architects and engineers to discover new ways."

What do you like best?

Unanet A/E Powered by Clearview is specially designed for engineers and architects to estimate the capability and project budget. This application is even more realistic in making the plans and budgets to implement in project promotions. Hence, the tool is helpful in calculating the milestones and we can have a clear idea about our production and development. The powerful application tracks the project from making to selling steps and helps to find the best suitable prices in the market. So, we are amazed by its effects on the system and market as well.

What do you dislike?

This application doesn’t have a payroll application and I would have to install a separate application for this purpose. Thus, this tool is not that much helping in providing the project’s summary for allocating the previous detail. This issue is not very serious to consider and might be upgraded in the latest versions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Considering Unanet A/E Powered by Clearview, most program items proceed to move forward and actualize client-suggested overhauls, I appreciate Clearview's workshops, where clients can approach there in focus structure to the highest level. The program is helping us by counting our revenue with greater capacity and there is no hurdle in making a budget and overall production plans. Our work is running smoothly and all I can say, this tool is very beneficial in communication with clients with a strong and compact strategy to emphasize the actual work.

What do you like best?

It is very user friendly. We use Clearview InFocus and it is very powerful. We have grown from 4 to 14 and this system is capable of handling few employees to many.

What do you dislike?

Developing a custom invoice is a challenge.

This software provides consultants with the tools they need to run the day to day operations and so much more.

We are able to track each employee and their time spent on projects. It has made tracking timesheets and expanses very easy.
