PROS: ClearSlide offers excellent functionality and is a versatile application. It is easy to switch between presentations, and you can search through loads of presentations to find what you need.
CONS: I wish I could add select slides from another presentation to my ClearSlide presentation. This would enable me to add select slides from a presentation on my hard drive to my ClearSlide presentation without uploading the entire hard drive file.
PROS: I like that I’m allowed to use various sources into custom slide presentations. I can include customized pages into every presentation. This is great tool than generic presentation. I can easily update each week as the opportunities, proposals and prices are adjusted.
CONS: I have found that there is no easy way for web-page links to be included into slide presentation, or maybe this is changed but I cannot really find. Also, some of the users report problems with printing out the pages.

PROS: ClearSlide integrates smoothly with Salesforce.com which means you can create presentations, send out emails to contacts, and integrate your notes into the CRM. You can upload new documents, presentations, and other material. You can also track info easily regardless of the time since sending. Finally, you can create a web demo quickly and easily.
CONS: There are too many iPhone apps which leads to confusion as to which one to use.
It's very easy to use. We've evaluated other screen share solutions and I always push to keep Clearslide. I've used Clearslide at previous companies also and my experience has always been thee same- super easy to use. A lot of the people I am demoing don't necessarily use screen share tech every day and to some it's completely brand new. In either case it has consistently been easy for the prospect to see my screen/demo and get a visual
I don't like the drop down that asks to join using computer audio. Most times I'm sending the conference info so they are already dialed in adn it just gets in the way
Try it out. I've never had to use their support, so I have no idea how good it is, but the fact I've never had to reach out in over 5 years of using it is a good thing
99% of my sales are over the phone so sometimes it's hard for the prospect to visualize what I'm talking about, which is the main appeal of our system. I'm able to show how easy it looks and usually other questions come up that help me sell. It has witnout a doubt led to an increase in closed/won deals..
Also, I use the create link feature when sending out decks. I can see exactly what pages are being viewed and for how long.
PROS: I like the screen share feature, I’m using it to present to my customers my products and ideas and they can even control my screen so I can easily see whether they are interested or not. Also, the latter is helpful especially when you try to troubleshoot an issue, I like that I can easily see what’s going on. I like that I can send a presentation to customer via ClearSlike and to view the analytics on customers’ interaction ( how long did they stay on each page, did they read the whole doc).
CONS: When customers’ browser is not updated then sharing screen can be difficult.
PROS: It is easy to send email pitches and one of the highlights is the live presentation feature. I use ClearSlide every day to do demos for my clients. I also send out mass emails to thousands of customers simultaneously. I was using Webex before, but ClearSlide is a much better app.
CONS: The live presentation feature does not seem to be working properly. You have to try a few times and it stalls sometimes. Because of this issue, I was not able to finish a presentation for a client. To be fair, the problem could be with my network and not with ClearSlide.
I like that you can see when a prospect opens your presentation. It's a nudge for me to call them since I know I'm on their mind already! I like the daily emails that show who has been using Clearslide from my team. I like being able to adjust the presentations accordingly. I like to have the 30 day expiration on the link so that I can reach out to customers that click it after the 30 days.
Sometimes trying to get a video meeting started I will have trouble with the attendees' audio connection. The email search function is hard to use when searching for a created link. I don't like how the presentations are filed - it would be better if they could be put in folders, grouped together. I didn't get enough training on functions so I probably am not using to full capacity.
ClearSlide helps me to be more in tune to what my customers are looking at (how long they will stay with a presentation, and what slides they linger on the most.) It's easy to have meetings via Clearslide and I love the analytics at the end of the meeting. I like that I can customize each presentation to a prospect or I can have standard presentations to use when first contacting someone. I like being able to see my team's usage of Clearslide also, as this keeps me competitive! It's also a great guage for my manager to see my work and client interactions.
