What do you like best about ClearlyRated?

Survey is easy to implement annually, great summary of responses that allows you to identify areas of opportunity, as well as what our organization does well at. We have been leveraging ClearlyRated for 11 years now. Support team is quick to respond.

What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?

Pricing to do all surveys is a little high. Other survey software companies are coming on the market that are much more competitive in pricing.

What problems is ClearlyRated solving and how is that benefiting you?

Receive a 'snapshot' of talent and client satisfaction for guide continued process improvement initiatives. Also helps us validate / prove our differentiators through a third party survey (sales enablement).

I love how the platform is easy to use and customer support is very responsive. There's also plenty of resources for users.

None a this time. There were a few limitations at the beginning, but I know some have been addressed.

For the past 4 years we have enthusiastically utilized ClearyRated to obtain genuine, unbiased feedback from our clients. This information has proven to be very valuable to our organization & has played a vital role in allowing us to pivot & adapt to our clients needs. It has also help our organization to provide improved service to clients in areas that may have been lacking. As a result, we have been able to elevate our service to the next level and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?

I have always thought that it was a bit odd that you can obtain a best of rating, so early in the year. Best of 2023, but the year has barely begun. Nothing apart from that.

What problems is ClearlyRated solving and how is that benefiting you?

mainly any issues that we may not be aware of with a client and potential loss of revenue from an unsatisfied customer. Knowing our NPS for those clients is an amazing tool.

I love the insights we get from our clients, crossselling opportunities that open up, and testimonials we can use in a bunch of ways. The reports are clear, concise, and easy to share.

What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?

Lower response rate than I'd like; emails going to clients' spam folders.

What problems is ClearlyRated solving and how is that benefiting you?

I enjoy that we know where we stand with our clients. we have unveiled issues we were totally unaware of.

What do you like best about ClearlyRated?

Clearly Rated is amazing! I work in marketing for a staffing agency, and clearly rated is our secret weapon. What I love best about Clearly Rated is receiving feedback from the candidates and clients that were surveyed. They're broken down into sections, which makes it easier to categorize the testimonials we use!

What do you dislike about ClearlyRated?

There's nothing I dislike about Clearly Rated, but I do wish there was a little more variety/options for templates for showcasing your best of staffing awards on social media, paid media, etc.

What problems is ClearlyRated solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clearly Rated is helping us to better understand our clients and candidates and where we can assist them/do a better job.
