Survey is easy to implement annually, great summary of responses that allows you to identify areas of opportunity, as well as what our organization does well at. We have been leveraging ClearlyRated for 11 years now. Support team is quick to respond.
Pricing to do all surveys is a little high. Other survey software companies are coming on the market that are much more competitive in pricing.

I have always thought that it was a bit odd that you can obtain a best of rating, so early in the year. Best of 2023, but the year has barely begun. Nothing apart from that.

There's nothing I dislike about Clearly Rated, but I do wish there was a little more variety/options for templates for showcasing your best of staffing awards on social media, paid media, etc.
