Two-way sync between platforms so customer can respond on the slack thread and more customisable workflows Great for Slack-Zendesk Integration
What do you like best about ClearFeed?
Really helpful to connect Slack and Zendesk support- customers or colleagues can raise tickets from slack conversations and manage the ticket inc responses directly on the thread, saving everyone switching platforms. The implementation was straightforward forward and we don't generally have any issues.
What do you dislike about ClearFeed?
Recommendations to others considering ClearFeed?
Overall, it's a solid tool that improves our workflow and we'd recommend it!
What problems is ClearFeed solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not much to complain about but could improve on the level of customisation available e.g. the slack bot name "Clearfeed" isn't ideal in a customer channel

Reliable Product with Excellent Support and Consideration of Feedback!
What do you like best about ClearFeed?
We transitioned from using Google Sheets to managing our issue threads to Clear Feed, and the experience has been fantastic! The integration was seamless, and the support team has been exceptional. They took all our feedback and suggestions seriously and UI is quite easy to manage. We use the product almost daily, and it has been working very well for us. When we first started with Clear Feed, it was quite basic, but through testing, we were able to provide various suggestions and feature requests. Impressively, the team listened and implemented many of them. We understand that some requests couldn't be fulfilled due to product limitations, but they made a sincere effort to consider every piece of feedback. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product and the support, and I look forward to the same level of responsiveness in the future.
What do you dislike about ClearFeed?
There are no downsides to mention. We've shared multiple feedbacks & suggestions, and each time we've received a prompt response. We're hoping we'll continue to see the same level of responsiveness moving forward.
What problems is ClearFeed solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both our technical and support teams are using Clear Feed, and it has made a significant difference. Initially, tracking issues in Slack was challenging, especially since resolving them required the involvement of multiple teams. It was difficult to monitor status, response times, RCA, and incident details. Now, with Clear Feedback, updating and tracking these details has become much easier. All stakeholders can easily follow the progress and take action on specific issue IDs.

A great combination of easy-to-use and effective
What do you like best about ClearFeed?
Their support staff was very communicative and helpful and even listened to our product requests and put it on their roadmap. The UI is very easy to use and the knowledge base is very built out as well. It was easy to set up and integrate into our tech stack and our whole team was able to execute their functions much easier day-to-day.
What do you dislike about ClearFeed?
They are still building out some of the features and it could be a bit more robust on the reporting side.

404, not found. Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about this product.

Great Tool with Great Support
What do you like best about ClearFeed?
It's easy to setup. You essentially set it and forget it.

Their support is also great! Everytime I send a message to them in our dedicated Slack channel, I get a response fairly quickly. They also recently offered to get on a call with me to help create a workaround for an issue I was having. They work in the IST timezone so it's great that they were able to accommodate my MST timezone to setup that call. It was genuinely 10pm for them, and 9am for me. Yet I still got the support I needed, thanks Lalit and the rest of the ClearFeed team!
