What do you like best about Clearent Payment Processing?

I like that they are easy to work with. I also like that they integrate with Field Edge which makes things run smoother with the techs in the field. I also like that the batch reports are easy to determine who made the charges for the day.

What do you dislike about Clearent Payment Processing?

I don't like how I have 2 different accounts that batch out. It makes it much harder to tie out at the end of the day.

What problems is Clearent Payment Processing solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like how it integrates with the office computer and I don't have to use another website to enter transactions.

I love how they work with my clients, how they are so willing to help explain billing, or any other question my clients may have. The all in one portal is huge & they were 1 of the 1st to have. Continuously improving clients experience

What do you dislike about Clearent Payment Processing?

I’m not keen on the surcharging for NDF many competitors offer this without a cost to me or my clients. It’s just Standard

Interview your sales rep, ask the hard questions, if you are signing with someone as an agent, would you let this person be a Financial Partner in your business? I’m able to meet most of my clients needs with their platform, from equipment to integrations their team is amazing in troubleshooting situations

Read your paperwork...... three year contract and then autorenewal for each year after. If you break contract
$399 charge to your checking account.

Deceptive company
Deceptive company. I don't like putting in Social Security Details unnecessarily, so had them look at my site and approve products before doing so. Fill out massive application with tons of personal info and then get denied processing account due to "internal protocols of sponsoring bank". For the record, I've been in business for 27 years with zero problems, zero debt. This was for a CBD site, which I have processed successfully for 10 years with ZERO chargebacks.These frauds should be shut down.
