What do you like best about Clear Spider?

Our designated Clear Spider representative is always readily available to answer questions and help manage the functionality of the software to best meet our needs, complete with demonstrations and helpful tips.

What do you dislike about Clear Spider?

Functionality is offered on an as needed basis. Would be nice to see all features in action and then wean down to what is needed.

Recommendations to others considering Clear Spider:

Easy to use. Easy to implement. Representatives are willing to help and very clear in their instructions.

What problems is Clear Spider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Have added functionality as we have expanded the areas of usage. Started out as customer-based inventory control and have seen opportunity to utilize Clear Spider for internal inventory management as well.

What do you like best about Clear Spider?

Simple and really useful application.

Facilitates inventory management and administration.

It is a very complete tool, easy to use and with an excellent organization that helps you organize in all aspects.

Many features, easy to configure.

Total administration of purchase orders evio / receipt of material.

Inventory reports, in formats such as excele or easy creation PDF and easy to extract.

Search options such as location, containers, product codes.

Full functions to audit transactions.

Barcode labeling.

What do you dislike about Clear Spider?

There are many things that could be done naturally and intuitively as a user that are impossible and must go hand in hand with technical support, I would like an improvement in that aspect.

Recommendations to others considering Clear Spider:

It is extremely useful, a very easy to use system, it has the most necessary and very complete functions. Technical support is excellent. Super software, integration and interface. Highly recommended.

What problems is Clear Spider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great software, optimal functionality is able to organize the warehouse in the best way and allowed us to save a lot of time.

It is a delight the way you streamline processes and each procedure when managing your inventory.

Efficiency points such as precise reports of products and raw materials, emissions and receipts with great ease of the raw material.

Optimal service to label products.

What do you like best about Clear Spider?

The capability to track items as micro and macro levels. It also provides a clear and easy to use interface for my coworkers in ordering the correct supplies. The logic for how Clearspider works is easy to understand.

What do you dislike about Clear Spider?

I do wish finalized orders could be edited and the edited/updated results would be reflected in an audit trail with the other. There is also a lot to learn about Clearspider. I wish there was a guide to how to use all of its feature in various training seminars related o that specific industry.

What problems is Clear Spider solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clearspider is our centralized inventory management system and is an asset to keeping us organized. We are able to achieve and resource our team in other places now that Clearspider is managing our supply inventory.

What do you like best about Clear Spider?

Very easy GUI and has a lot of capabilities. Our team needs to learn how to do use more effectively. The Clear Spider team provides great support, examples, and guidance. I use the tool daily to assess how it is being used and managed across all of our markets. We are just scratching the surface of ClearSpider.

What do you dislike about Clear Spider?

Nothing really. It has a lot of features and the team working with us, Max & Jyotsna, are very helpful.

What problems is Clear Spider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are tracking serialized assets to specific construction sites. This saves a lot of time when we are required to reconcile our inventory with our customers.

What do you like best about Clear Spider?

Clear Spider is a very flexible system, which allows customization of pretty much anything.

What do you dislike about Clear Spider?

It seems like several of the connections we make with our customers could and should be standardized to be mostly the same, so that we don't have to do a custom integration each and every time. It would be much faster and less complex if there were simply an API guide we could hand to our customer and ask them to match up to.

What problems is Clear Spider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We didn't know anything about processing books on an on-demand basis when we started and Clearspider helped us develop a method for doing so years ago. We were an early adopter of POD production, allowing us to gain clients in a market with limited options at the time.

What do you like best about Clear Spider?

Process management with filling tab bars, regarding the process of the sales process. To processing the inventory manager we have the possibility to fill the missing products and the sales by barcode scan - this is possible also from a mobile device.

What do you dislike about Clear Spider?

The cloud based access gives access to several user groups - unfortunately for abroad access they are often asking for a new registration check with a call and/or mail verification. This could make you the problem to have additional costs for the access to the internet or roaming costs.

Recommendations to others considering Clear Spider:

Recommend to use the cloud-based access not abroad just in the same country and from the same device - if mobile.

What problems is Clear Spider solving and how is that benefiting you?

The inventory management with full access to the sales calendar - good design with filling tab bars in different colours (regarding the status of the process).

What do you like best about Clear Spider?

I like the app platform for the employees use. This is very beneficial for multiple locations and at the warehouse. The online platform is very useful for reviewing consumption's of materials.

What do you dislike about Clear Spider?

The online platform could be more functional and allow for more customization for admin users. Bulk deletions and Program additions/deletions for admin users would be recommended improvement
