Advanced clear review is an intuative, easy to use system that makes the switch to continuous performance management effortless. The system allows you to capture goals, actions and regular conversations in one place. The ability to pre-schedule conversations, makes the process easier for line managers too. As an organisaiton we have also found the Talent Snapshot feature in Advanced Clear Review to be extremely valuable for us to assess the talent within our business.
We have been using the system for over 2 years now, and I can't say there's anything i dislike about the tool. It's important for organisations implementing the system to make sure the focus is on the importance of the conversation and that the system is just there to support and capture the conversation/goals
From my perspective Advanced Clear Review are solving the issue of traditional performance management, and changing the view on how performance should be managed within organisations. We have seen so much more engagement from our employees since moving to Clear Review/Continuous performance management. Our employees now feel like they can drive their own development
Having used various platforms to support bi-annual appraisals, Clear Review was a breath of fresh air when we transitioned to continuous performance development. The platform is simple in its design, gives you the agility to update objectives whenever needed, is easy to use and therefore engage with, and importantly provides a quality output. The feedback section is my favourite; the ability to give anyone in the company instant feedback that's recorded and visible to their manager is fantastic. This must be managed carefully, and we direct anyone giving constructive feedback to deliver it verbally first, but then record in Clear Review for discussion with their manager and future reference. The team at Advanced have been fantastic; from Sales right through to Customer Success, we've had support every step of the way, and continue to have this over a year since implementation.
I have submitted a few suggestions for improvement to the team over the past year, including the ability to duplicate objectives, add dates into each deliverable (not just each objective), and the ability to have multiple deliverables attached to an objective that can then be pushed out to certain org units. There does also seem to be some syncing issues with Outlook when conversations get moved outside of the platform, so a sync back into Clear Review would be ideal. These are minor amendments though, nothing that stops me recommending the platform to peers.
Clear Review enables agile objectives, in the moment feedback, and provides templates and records for good performance conversations that we can then track and report on. Previous platforms were rigid in their templates, inflexible access that prevented colleagues from engaging in the tool - they did it because they were told they had to, not because they enjoyed it or saw the benefit. The tide has turned with the introduction of Clear Review. Admittedly not everyone is fully engaged yet, but we are absolutely headed in the right direction.
It covers the areas necessary to manage the needs of people. It is very easy and simple to use. It is developed very neatly and intuitive. It allows the breakdown of objectives, with the ability to separate development and performance. There is a feedback gathering feature. You can schedule conversations and document the notes.
With my experience of 8 weeks using the tool, I cannot say I dislike anything, I am trying to provide some constructive feedback, but seriously, I am struggling. It is a fantastic product, well done.
The ability to give and provide feedback. Manage performance and development goals. Track progress of goals. Break down goals into manageable pieces. Schedule performance and progress meetings and document notes. Prompt on the different types of conversations to have. The language is very user friendly.
I love how easy the platform is to use. Having feedback and objectives in one place makes both of these things easier to manage. The fact it's so simple to use gives me encouragement to leave feedback for my colleagues. Every month my manager and I use the objectives feature to set me some goals and i've never been clearer on the actionable steps I need to take.

I like the versatile options I have as a leader to create a dialogue with my team around their performance. I can set objectives with them, give them feedback, and learn about their reflections periodically.
I think the downside is that it can feel beuarocratic and can be misused by leaders who aren't sensitive enough or clear around how to use the tool. It's so important to remember that this is just a tool to create dialogue.
It's a good platform for giving and recieving feedback. It's a good platform for setting quarterly goals and following up on them periodically.
My personal goal after finishing the Leadership Essentials programme was to improve feedback within the laboratory. It's easy to use Clear Review as a place to document feedback and appreciation, as well as to note improvements and potential future steps with each team member. It also provides a framework for discussion topics that I can use when I meet with my team.
Due to the need for team buy-in, it may require governance if not used corectly. Depending on your team, this may or may not be simpler to execute

It is improving two way fedback within my team and If further discussion is necessary, I will then schedule time for it with the team.
Friendly and responsive customer service. Easy interface for administrators and end users. Plug-in options with Outlook.
Reports can be time-consuming. It would be helpful to be able to search by organizational units where you can filter out as well as filter in.
Replaced outdated annual performance reviews.
You are able to provide and recieve feedback from anyone within the company, I have been able to request feedback from store members and also my peers within my team. As well as a clear way from my team manager to provide feedback within my role.
The auto responses are blank so, if you are in a rush and send autoi responses you would at least expect a thank you, I have noticed when rceiving them they are blank.
Buiding confidence within a new role, I am able to get feedback from all and welcome the good and the bad equally. Mostly good at the moment though
The way objectives and reminders can be set in the system, and the ease of having everything performance related, in one place.
Integration with our HRIS, but this is not an issue with clear review and we look to find a solution.
They are looking into a solution for us, which has helped point us in the right direction to make something work with our HRIS provider.

I like how organized is every tab, it's easy to identify my current objectives and to make entries often.
Also it was very easy and simple to make requests and receive and give feedback to my peers.
That the objectives that have been completed remain visible. I think they should be archived or sent to history automatically or at least it could ask to confirm if we would like to keep it visible or sent to the history once we complete the objective.
Not that I dislike, but it would be a great feature to pass to a next or previous objective without going back to the ojectives page.
