While Classy is extremely user-friendly, easy-to-use, and aesthetically-pleasing, the most impressive part of the platform is the excellent customer service. It is truly above and beyond service, and they are able to answer even the most basic questions without making you feel bad about asking.
There's nothing I can even think of that I dislike about Classy. They are constantly updating the platform to keep up with the times and to respond to feedback, so I think that if I did have a problem with part of the platform, they would have a solution sometime soon.
Classy makes it easy to fundraise. I have used many different platforms for donations, and this is by far, the best one I've used so far. Donors love how easy it is to navigate, and we love how user-friendly the back end is!

In regards to what problems Classy is solving, it has made it really easy to streamline campaigns and also has made it very easy to run multiple campaigns at once.
Classy has easy to use templates for creating branded donation pages and crowdfunding pages. I also love that they have new payment methods and custom recurring gift options for the donor to choose a unique giving schedule (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) Most of my interactions with Classy staff have been positive and helpful; I can not think of an instance where I wasn't able to get what I needed. The platform's donation pages blend seamlessly with our website and connect to our Salesforce CRM well.
Whenever I do get stuck, I am able to open a support chat with a staff member or find FAQ articles to guide me. Since it is so easy to set up, most of my questions are already addressed in help articles. The downside is that you have to be proactive to find it, ask in a chat, and set it up on the backend yourself. You don't have to be website designer but you do have to keep up on their new features and read their updates. For example, they now offer ACH transfers and PayPal as a payment mehod on donation pages.

It has helped us receive online credit card donations easily and without much administration, especially for capturing recurring donors and address information.
The biggest asset is the ease of use. Classy is straightforward and fun to use after you get acclimated to it. I'm a particular fan of using the event pages for fundraising events. You have a lot of control over the event and I've never had any issues with tracking ticket sales for events.
Occasionally the server will go down, but it's never taken longer than a few hours to come back up. This only happens maybe 1 or 2 times per year. It's never been a huge issue in reality

The biggest problem we solve with Classy is fundraising for our nonprofit. Classy helps us track fundraising, maintain donor information, and is also used for selling tickets for all of our events. The integration into Salesforce is flawless. We have benefitted immensely from the accurate donor information and ease of use - we don't have to spend a lot of time training new employees on using Classy
Classy as a donation tool is highly effective and the support team is highly consultative and responsive – and really want us to do well in raising funds for our cause. They also offer webinars and an ever-expanding set of tools with their users in mind, including the recent integration offering with Double th Donation, making it very easy to impact donations in a very easy-to-use tool. As an organization, Classy transactions sync with Salesforce, enabling us to centralize donation activity.
Reporting capability is limited, but helpful at a high-level, including trending, specific campaign performance, and the like. While syncing with Salesforce is very important and works well for online donations, there is some inconsistency in syncing of offline transactions and the detail that is carried over. Transaction edit flexibility would also be helpful – e.g., when a donor registers for an event and is unable to attend, rather than being able to edit the mode of the transaction (e.g., from event ticket to donation), a new transaction must be created. These are enhancements. Classy is a great value.

It's easy to get a fundraising campaign, event site, or donation page up and running on the fly if needed. It's also great for building campaigns that stand out with a lot of detail. Very user-friendly, but also powerful fundraising tools.
I can't think of anything I dislike. Occasionally, there can be minor issues such as some information missing from templates as pages populate, but the Classy Care team has a quick response time and can quickly fix issues like this. Customer service is top-notch.
Classy is helping us track donor paths and discover potential opportunities within our pre-existing support base. Using Classy's world-class reporting, we're able to present additional opportunities to supporters to raise their level of engagement.
