It is easy to use and the best tool to share things with teachers about students.

There is nothing I dislike about it. It is easy to use

We are using it as a communication tool between teachers and parents.

This is a great app for communicating as a teacher with students' parents. You can have all the messages from parents in one place, and it is very user friendly for parents as well. It helps to have a way to chat with parents rather than endless emails.

There are a lot of ads which can be frustrating, and some glitches as well such as the app refreshing while you are trying to message or post something.

It's great to be able to communicate with students' parents quickly and easily and even to post messages for all the parents to see on the app. Especially with school going virtual during Covid-19 the app helped to streamline communication.

We use classtag to communicate and publicise school events, news and important updates to K-8 families. It has been a wonderful tool for sending annoucements, posting messages, and even being able to directly chat with a parent on your roster. I love the variety of functions that you can use to communicate with parents. As a counselor I use it to chat with parents and send out reminders for open houses/admissions events.

I do not believe there is anything I dislike about class tag, but thinking creatively I wish there was a repost or reminder button that would allow you to reshare already posted content.

Our school community has a large population of bilingual families and families whose first language is not English. The best function Classtag has is the ability to share content and it is automatically translated for a family in whatever language they prefer and set their settings to.

It's a free program to connect parents to your classroom and it's free!

Class tag does not seem as user friendly as classdojo and has less directed at kids usage.

Class tag is free for school use, take advantage of the privacy features that class dojo seems to lack.

Classtag is great for quick easy communication with the parent. Class tag is great because it translates foreign language to English and vise versa to connect with parents that speak other languages.

It is a very useful platform to maintain contact with the representatives of our students. Its interface is very explicit, so it is very easy to learn how to use it. Your directory serves as an agenda to record the telephone numbers and emails of the representatives. It allows uploading and sharing multimedia elements, so that parents are kept informed of the activities that their children perform daily at school.

There is nothing that disgusts me in this software. On the contrary, it is very helpful.

All educational institutions should have this platform. It works very well and offers many advantages for communication with representatives.

The institution maintains direct contact with the representatives through this platform.

Classtag is a great interactive tool between parents and teachers where they can communicate about a specific child. I like that it alows you to communicate in the child’s home language and schedule conferences

I haven’t found anything that I dislike about classtag. Compared to all the others I have used over the years this is my favorite to use with parents.

There are many benefits first having other languages in my classroom and not being able to communicate face to face in the parents home language they are able to read the messages and understand them.

So once we moved past the introductory stage, I found myself swimming alone in a sea of unreliable support and broken software. However, I was able to locate someone within the company who could affect change and she was tremendously responsive. I'll come back to make a complete review once she gets us past our launch stage.

Thus far what I dislike is the support. Its insufficient for the level of functionality the product can offer. Good news is they are aware of the issue and hopefully will be making adjustments to their responsiveness and complexity of support levels.

Eventually I hope it will solve our lack of a 2 -way messaging system.
