The onboarding process was very smooth, and our personal implementation expert has been amazing to work with. Claromentis really modernized our intranet by turning it into a one-stop-shop portal for our employees to use on a regular basis. It was also one of the VERY FEW products that allowed us to host our own site on-premises without charging us MORE to use our own hardware. We like how easy it is to create a department page that is customized to their needs, and how simple it is for them to share their own documents and info. We especially love the InfoCapture module, which allows you to easily build and automate complex workflows and business processes. Customer support could not be better - addressing each of our questions in a timely manner and being intentional and responsive about considering our feedback.
We have yet to run into an issue that couldn't be resolved by contacting our support person.
We wanted a modernized and centralized portal for documents, FAQs, policies, employee directory and bios, business processes, and news. Claromentis is that for us.
What I love about Claromentis is that you don't have to depend on IT to make changes and handle the Admin end. It's super easy, friendly and simple to use.
I also love all the applications it offers and how customizable it is in every way, users permissions, design....
The upgrades can sometimes cause a couple of things to fail but, 1. planning upgrades in advance can help 2. their helpdesk is super efficient and nice
Communications with 4 offices nationwide, workflows and authorizations for people working remotely (no more paper forms or digital forms made in Excel to sign). Being able to set carreer plans and reigster all traning events for employees. The ticketing system (Infocapture) is awesome,
I really like the infocapture online platforms it really assist in providing good customer service to clients and employees, while keeping records of all the necessary information.
The cusomer support is very quick and easy to contact and they quickly respond to any assistance needed.
The easy nevigation on the system as well as the upload of documents and changing to new versions is a breeze.
The past 2 weeks I presented training to staff on how to use the system and all the feedback I am receiving is positive.
At the moment there is nothing that I dislike because the claromentis team keeps on improving the system.
Sharing information, having all the relevant forms, policies and procedures in one place and is available to all staff members, and they can access them from anywhere.
The infocapture platforms is so user friendly and easy to complete.
I love how easy it is to use Claromentis. I by no means am an IT guy but the Claromentis team has a wide range of clear and concise knowledge which shows you how to do everything needed as an admin. As well as that, I think Claromentis has all the applications you need for a successful intranet, in our case we wanted to boost collaboration and communication within the departments and this has worked excellently. Lastly, the team is always available to sort out any issues with a very friendly manner.
At the moment I can't see anything dislikeable about the website, I'll be back if I do!
The problem of a lack of ease of communication within departments, as well as having a platform where we can finally foster a company culture, so it doesn't just feel like a mundane workplace.
The best part is ease of use. Second best part is customer service is always fast, efficient and knowledgeable.
So far, there have been no hiccups. While there were some issues, it was user (me, lol) that was the cause.
Communication and custom applications that multiple state agencies and company partners use - so, all that work with us are somehow connected to Claromentis!
Claromentis helps reduce work time and improve the productivity. This has been made possible by their combination of different collaboration tools that make work easier for small, Medium and Large enterprises.
I am yet to dislike any claromentis feature.
The biggest problem being solved by Claromentis is collaboration and project management. We can carry out most of our organizational tasks using Claromentis.
Since we first started using Claromentis approx. 5 years ago, we have found the ease of use from an administrator's point of view to be a brilliant quality of the software, the managing of the entire system has been designed in a way that takes away all of the backend complexities that one would face when dealing with an automated system. Furthermore, the intuitiveness of the system is also one of its best qualities, this is proven by the buy-in from users all around the company and also our sister companies (we have rolled out three versions of Claromentis' Intranet software with a fourth also in the pipeline) thanks to its simple but effective design. Staff throughout a business are usually hesitant to engage with new systems however, this wasn't the case here at Utmost which is thanks to the quality of the software's design.
Finally, we have found the technical support provided by Claromentis to be of high quality whenever we have needed to use it.
One dislike we have found about Claromentis is that it's quite limited when it comes to customisation. Anything that is custom code related such as custom widgets and custom CSS can be a nuisance. This is because there is little to no documentation relating to the customisability meaning that we have found ourselves guessing as we go a lot of the time and using the inspect element tool on the browser which isn't always reliable.
Another aspect that could be better is the response time to change requests we raise. When provided, the quality of the support is high. However, in some cases, it has taken a while to get a response to our change requests which isn't ideal.
Claromentis has helped us solve employee engagement and communication throughout the business.
We eliminated old request systems and now use only Infocature module in Claromentis: for IT requests, HR requests, Communication requests, cafeteria feedback, various applications etc. Our Community is actively using Intranet for internal communication. We created many discussion groups for Faculty, for Students, for specific purposes. We converted all our help guidelines to Knowledge base format. we put all essential documents into Intranet for internal usage with restricted permissions etc.
Almost all modules are very useful and we continue investigating the platform and discovering new features!

The flexibility of the tool in terms of adaptining to the company needs, the amount of different modules it provides and the access level that allowed us to target the specific people for each piece of content.
Altough they have an amazing learning portal and a team leader assign to you, you still need to have someone for your company / team with a good technical level / mindset to manage the platform.
It allowed us to have all the information in the same place with an easy access, targeted communications, and improve not just the corporate comms but also our culture.
