Renewal Managers A helpful tool that makes renewal management and KPI tracking much easier
What do you like best about Clari?
I work in sales operations at Elastic/EDB, managing renewals. I’ve seen our renewal manager use Clari as a go-to tool for tracking quota attainment and KPIs. In my experience, it’s one of the best tools out there.

Boosting sales efficiency with Clari
What do you like best about Clari?
The ability of Clari to provide real-time visibility into our sales pipeline and forecasting process is what I appreciate the most. Clari seamlessly integrates with our CRM and other marketing tools, which reduces the manual data entry. Clari's AI driven insights also help us prioritize actions, thus ensuring sales reps and managers can focus on right deals. About 100% of all our sales team and about 75% of entire staff use Clari. We had entire implementation and setup done within a day and internal user training was given with minimum effort. Initial glitches were sorted by Clari's exhaustive FAQ and self support section.
What do you dislike about Clari?
Clari's interface is a bit complex and a few users in our organisation found it difficult to navigate and required training to start with. Some features also require manual customisation, like dashboards and widgets. However these initial glitches were overcome by refererring to FAQs and support section.
What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clari unifies the revenue related data from various sources like CRM, email, calendars into a single platform and this serves as a ssot for us. clari also improves forecast accuracy and predicatbility thus reducing our quarter end surprises.

Comprehensive Sales Analytics and Forecasting
What do you like best about Clari?
Once set up and installed, Clari is very intuitive to use. Our sales leadership uses it exclusively for daily reviews and analysis, preferring it over Salesforce. It does a great job pulling in data from various sources (there's a level-up bonus if you use Copilot, Clari's conversational intelligence tool) and providing one view to rule them all. Changing filters and modifying the criteria to slice and dice data is easy to use and understand. The ability to use multiple revenue fields for analysis is huge. Forecasting is also easy to set up and track. Customer Support is responsive.
What do you dislike about Clari?
There are a couple of quirks. The way it calculates win rates in its funnel analysis includes currently open opps, which is not how we would calculate win rates. Clari's Dashboards leave a lot to be desired. They are surprising limited versus how flexible the requisite data sources are. If they would expand the types of dashboard widgets and the filters on each, it would be a perfect tool.

Clari provides more flexible opportunity reporting than Salesforce provides. It also takes daily snapshots of all our sales data, which is invaluable in month-end and quarter-end board reporting.

What do you like best about Clari?
Clari provides exceptional visibility into deals and forecasting, with the added benefit of seamless native integration with both Gmail and Salesforce. Embedding Clari directly into Salesforce helps reinforce the right behaviors and makes it easy for teams to stay aligned. The AI-generated summaries have been a game changer—offering both high-level overviews and deep insights into deal progress. I also have to highlight the outstanding customer support: from a smooth implementation to incredibly responsive CSMs, the experience has been top-notch from day one.
What do you dislike about Clari?
More admin controls! You need to rely on Clari for some core changes, which I understand from their perspective, and their support team is great, but sometimes as an admin you just need to get in and get it done.
What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clari is solving several key problems for us: lack of visibility into deal health, inconsistent forecasting, and siloed communication between Sales, RevOps, and Leadership. By centralizing deal data and surfacing insights through AI, Clari helps us spot risks early, drive accountability, and make more confident, data-backed decisions. It also eliminates the manual effort of pulling forecasts and pipeline updates, saving time and allowing our teams to focus on strategy and execution. Overall, it’s improved forecast accuracy, team alignment, and deal velocity.

Good AI Tool for Quality Auditing
What do you like best about Clari?
The summary is brief yet covers all the important points. Most helpful for long calls, as you get a gist by reading the summary. Integration with the CRM tool is good. UI is good and presentable.
What do you dislike about Clari?
Nothing as such, all good for me. Battlecards can be included in the web version as well.

We dont need dig deeper all the calls. This helps us in doing target audits and help sales team with next step. Also helps in training new staff by creating battle cards for them.

Easy to use interface and intuitive
What do you like best about Clari?
Good and fast syncing with our CRM like Salesforce makes forecasting easy. Other integrations are also helpful but this is the main attraction.

The UI is great but further harmonizing it to make it more intuitive would be welcome. At times, it looks like I'm staring at a themeless spreadsheet.
