I use Patch to capture signatures for our digital waivers/documents, and it also serves as a great data capture tool as I am able to grow our SMS opted in database as well as use the info that we capture to communicate with our customers. Patch's Digital Waivers Solution in combination with their communication tools turn waivers from a backend cost to a return on our investment.
There is not one thing I dislike, as their Customer Success Team is extremely helpful and I find their platform very easy to navigate and use. I would for sure recommend to others!
Patch has helped as we no longer (thank goodness!) have to deal with paper waivers, and I no longer have to waste time and space on filing/organizing our old paper documents!

Like any ecommerce brand, new customer acquisition is the hardest, most expensive pursuit. By helping us focus on customer retention and nurturing, we're able to hit revenue goals without relying entirely on finding new customers every time. This goes a long way.
The platform is very robust. Our goal is to bring people back to our physical stores, and Patch gives us the ability to focus on getting customers back and staying top of mind, and Patch really does that for us!
Some of the automations that we use can be a bit confusing. They have excellent support and have helped set these up for us, so this isn't that big of an issue, but there is a lot of information to their automations.
They are helping us identify customers that have become less active in visiting our locations. Their platform, within days, has been shown to help bring in less active customers.
I have used a variety of different marketing platforms in my career. I have found Patch Customer Retention to be one of the best. During the year and a half that I have used this system, they have continuously updated and upgraded their technology. Their customer service is the absolute best! Tony & Benjamin are always there when we need them and have helped us fine-tune how we operate our business systems.
I don't think I can say I dislike anything. There are things I wish I had access to as a seasoned marketer, such as creating custom reports or queries, but again the team at Patch always has our backs and creates the various reports on our behalf.
Patch Customer Retention acts as a SMS and Email marketing platform and a robust customer repository management system. The CRM component of the Patch offering is essential to my business so that my team can always know where we stand on various projects or with individual customers.

Tracking things like quantity of visits, recapturing them on certain frequency etc are awesome.
Also since it's sms based the results seem a lot better than email.
Nothing, can be a little costly but as long as you are seeing participation in the efforts it pays for itself

Mobile App - I would love to see a mobile app in the play store (unless Patch already has one, and I am unaware of it).
Costs - We are a small store, and Patch uses up a LOT of my marketing budget. I have heard that competitors (Five Star) do not have a text limit or charge based on how many texts a user sends.
