Citrusad has helped our company bring more awareness to our brands. We have managed to get as much exposure as possible with the team's help at Citrusad.

The CitrusAd platform overall is easy to use and provides all the relevant information in one place. The briefing form follows a good structure, with explanations available for each step of the build. Past this, you can easily update the budget on each campaign in real-time. Reporting shows all results in a succinct and efficient way, with reports easily downloadable to deep dive further into provided data.

Unable to delete archived/old campaigns, which clutter the list of campaigns in each section (and slows down the platform loading time). Platform loading time is often an issue when trying to move through editing/changing budgets. Unable to pull reports of greater than a month, which delays longer-term campaign reporting and deep dives. No way of understanding if banner ads are approved/rejected unless entering the platform itself.

Looking at the bigger picture of organic ranking and ensuring that our products feature top of mind for shoppers that are new/unsure in the category. The ability to display products relevant to them has driven a strong ROI and boosted sales. We also use it to offset poor organic ranked products that should be ranking higher on key search terms/aisle whilst we continue to drive the conversation of the importance of digital shelf ranking.

The ad builder is the best. It's super useful when creating ads so you maximize its effectiveness and don't forget anything along the way when disseminating ads. It's also a great way to introduce ads to new employees so they understand all aspects.

The best thing about CitrusAd is that you can make real-time changes to your campaign, unlike other activtions when you have to wait for the post-campaign results.

It is quite hands-on, ensuring that you are winning your bids each week but it is still a cost-effective way to run campaigns. I'd also like the option to compare vs organic online sales.

Citrus Ad has limited functionality compared to advertising platforms e.g. Google Ads. The reporting functionality is limited and needs improvement (to enable us to pull data for 1 full year)

Can see my Coles online advertising performance, for Search & Banners. I use it everyday to track performance and get my weekly / monthly reports done.
