The best thing I like about Webex app is that it has a really nice app for the phones. So simple user interface, works so smoothly, So much easy to send meeting invites from the phone. I really like it. Unlike other apps which are complicated to use!

I didn't find anything such that I will dislike in Webex.

Sometimes our clients use Webex, then we also use it. I like Webex much more than the other app which we use in our company mainly. I work in sales, so for me a good mobile app is really a great benefit.

It is one of the most seamless apps available for meetings and team gatherings virtually. It has given altogether a new dimension to the work from home culture, made it smooth and easy to operate.

There is nothing to dislike yet. Quite frankly, one of the most readily available tools in the market.

It has been able to make the virtual connect more personal and custom oriented. We can have intelligent human interactions on the go amongst diverse teams at any time of the day. One of the ways through which our current hybrid work model has been able to flourish.

Easy of use and number of new features coming in 2023 was amazing

with all the new features thats coming still we cannot find the same set of features on webex on different platforms, MAC versions always have new features its fine after short time it shows on windows app, but there are features that’s rarely dont show up on the other platforms specially with mobile apps

working in a hybrid work we need a feature rich collaboration tool that’s provides video conferencing, IM, white boarding and accurate status of each user presenting if they are on PTO, away or avalable

With the help of Webex's developer portal, which includes APIs and SDKs, developers can customize the platform and create new apps and integrations to meet unique requirements.

With the help of Webex's video conferencing capabilities, we were able to interact in person, no matter where we were, which improved communication and teamwork. Webex App comes with a enhanced and optimistic user interface. I liked its integration feature with other MS platforms and tools such as outlook to simulate emails with the meetings and calendar. Webex App has exiting features such as live translations, emojis, reactions while in the meeting. It has advanced screen sharing and screen control options to help teammates in work collaboration. Webex App on mobile devices helped us to work remotely from anywhere.

I had Webex App installed on my system works fine but android application sometimes lagging. The size of the application should be reduced to support low end devices also. Local language support should be there.

Earlier, we were used to connect with the client using video conferencing platforms but the aren't sufficient for the organisational needs. Webex App is an integrated platform which provides us the all communication and connectivity features under single application. Since the pandemic, need of remote connectivity increased drastically and here Webex App performed extraordinary to cater everyone's need. In our organisation, I'm using webex App for connecting with my team to take updates and also to represent development progress to managers. Screen sharing and polls support us to solve any development issue occurring at coding side collectively. It has enhanced UI which places the tools and buttons ergonomically to provide ease of operations. Using Webex App, client satisfaction is increased due to effective communication.

Webex App has a very simple user interface and makes communication easier by bringing in Messaging, video meetings and VoIP calling all in one place. I like the high quality of video and audio during virtual meetings on Webex. I also like the screen share feature which helps in keeping the meetings interactive and data driven. The annotation feature is also excellent for collaborating on files together. The VoIP calling in the Webex App is lag free and has various features like call recording. The messaging in the app makes collaboration easier since we can share files, pictures and make group chats for efficient communication before and after the meeting. The customer support of Webex App is also great and they respond within just a few hours. Overall, it proved to be excellent for us in the 3 years we used it for.

Webex App consumes a lot more internet than the individual meetings or calling app. That's the only drawback of using Webex App.

Webex App has helped us solve the communication problems we were facing in our educational institution during the pandemic both between teachers and students and staff themselves. The meetings, messaging and screen share helped us collaborate on presentations or PDFs together while also helping us in teaching the students and interacting with them efficiently. The VoIP calling has made communication easier and has ensured that there are no privacy concerns. The voiceclips helped us in delivering our message even when the person whom we want to converse with is busy. Overall, it helped us in communicating and collaborating effectively and easily when working remotely. We have used it for three years. We stopped using it recently since we didn't notice any major requirements of it.

The best part about webex App is its quality of connection. It offers smooth login and easy joining to the virtual meet link. Audio and video conferencing quality is best ever. I personally liked the user interface of the webex app which is very interactive and user friendly. All the tools such as live emojis, mic and camera options are well located on the taskbar for easy access. Talking about security, It again served the best as it comes with encryption and password security. Screen sharing helped me to get help from colleagues to solve an issue. Also webex cloud stores the recorded meeting for future references.

More file format support should be integrated as some of the formats are not supported. Also the adroid app is sometimes lagging due to heavy size, app optimisation needed, Smaller size apps can run smoothly on the mobile platform.

At the beginning of our project, We were using MS tools for audio and video conferencing with the team but they didn't have the features such as screen sharing, live polls, screen control, access control which webex app offers so we shifted to Webex App and the experience is quite impressive. Webex App comes with advanced security features such as encryption and password security. I'm using webex app for connecting with the team and the client across all over the world. Its mobile app is also very userful for me to collaborate. After Covid, the world technology moved in hybrid and work from home model where the webex helped everyone to do their corporate work. This app is integrated with all the corporate tools such as calendar, MS tools so that meeting scheduled is notified at all platforms.

Screen sharing I used daily to discuss then reports and issues with the team. Testing team can have my screen's control to make changes in the code which is again very useful feature for me. Must try this app !

Lots of options and customizations are available for end-users, enough to meet their daily needs easily.

Great options for the administrators to Manage Users and Licenses for different features and Soft Phone numbers

It can be used by large organization for managing their communication and collaboration needs.

There's not much to dislike, however, it does stop responding occasionally and may need to be reinstalled or updated to fix the issue.

Webex makes collaboration much easier to handle with loads of features. With the current implementation of Hybrid and Home-based work environment, a platform was need to communicate, connect with the Team collaborate in Projects or Share data and information quickly and efficiently. Webex has it all and making life easier, offering Worry-free communication environment

The Mobile Application is so convinient for me to use, I like the instant notification that helps me not to miss any meeting scheduled.

It integrated well with other calendar Application which gives us access to member details who join the meeting.

And more important, there is possibility to customize the app with the company logo to bring in a clear image of the brand

There is no background noise cancellation in the application compared to other applications

And it has expensive plans for smaller business to use the software for professional business user especially when you have large time

The mpbile application consumes more space of the phone unless wehn you keep clearing cache

The Application on personal level is helping me not to miss any business meeting with team and clients, and on the other hand helping our business to collaborate effectively with our clients for product demos before we do the UAT of their products with us
