Its one of the best guest reservation management tools. The features are very good and easy to use. The user interface is good and interactive. It automatically creates the statements for the user.
There are a few glitches in it. Customer support can be a little better. Getting in touch with a customer support is very difficult.Rest I have not used it for long time.
It was creating and managing the reservations. Creating dashboard for easy insights.
The ability to create your own reports based upon the information you are looking for and save in PDF or Excel Format.
Users should be able to reopen statements themselves without contacting Ciirus support.
It helps to balance inventory and the calendar view allows you to see dates close to sell out to assist with property revenue management.

Ciirus lets me book vacation homes in the most easy way.
Some years back, I was part of a management company and had the benefit of using Ciirus for that purpose also, which was most delightful.
It helps you to save time since you can sync the software with other applications!
I would say that the only thing I don't like about Ciirus is that it doesn't have a CRM where you can download the guest's information.
If you're a company starting in the hospitality business, I would definitely recommend you this software, it's effective, easy, and super helpful!
Double bookings and efficiency!
An item that I would like to point out to be the best is to have more than one employee viewing a work item at a time. It is nice to be able to share or review other employees work items so we can work towards the mutual solution on a specific problem. Even if employees are out sick or on Paid leave time, projects and work items can easily be managed or moved to other team members.
An item that I dislike with Ciirus is that the software at some times can be a bit slow or unresponsive. I feel as though it happened to me at my job at least once a week where there was sometime of a lag in the system. Usually if there was a problem it would be fixed fairly quick but still can impact workloads during the day. This in result can slow down production or solutions in the work place.
If you ever struggle or need help with the program reach out to coworkers, managers or even support. It is a lot to handle at first but once you learn it you will do great.
We are saving ourselves more down time to review emails and benefits. This program is very efficient and it saves us a lot of time with doing our job. A lot of benefits have been noted but most of all we have collaborated more team working skills.
It is incredibly easy to use and navigate through. You don't have to be a professional to learn the ropes of using this software, which I love!
I wish the Rental Exchange feature was easier to access without costing so much. That is the only downfall.

We are using this software to help with online booking of our rental house in Arkansas.
I like best how it shows the booking schedule. Visually it is very easy to see our availability and I like how it shows in different colors depending where the booking is coming from. It is a useful tool to keep track of all your reservations and income generate from each of the properties in an specific date. I also like the way I can see occupancy rates through their occupancy reports.
Ciirus' technical support is a mess. It is impossible to get in touch with them to find solutions to our problems. They are the ones managing our website through their system and it goes offline multiple times in one day. This is a huge problem for the company because every time we are offline, we loose money. I also dislike that you can't define the order in which you want to see the properties when they display in the booking schedule. Also, we have to stick to their format, if we have specific needs, there is no way we can get a solution. It has to be done only their way. We also have had many problems with bookings, sometimes the total amount booked shows as $0 not only to us but to our clients.
Be advise that Ciirus has a terrible customer service and that you will need to deal with any problem on your on.
We can look at occupancy rate and financial statements.so we can define strategies to improve our business and increase revenue. We have all our bookings integrated in one system. You can synchronize it with different OTA's (Online Travel Agencies), which is a huge benefit since we don't have to upload prices, minimum night stays and property information to all of them.
The program has interchangeable user interfaces, different skins so if you have more than one window open for different properties you can change the design scheme to tell the difference quickly. There are many different reports you can create, more than my company uses, which can show you an endless combination of information. This isn't always easy to access as you have to have all data saved locally to your computer to do so.
It is clunky to move around in. To access different features you have to change which tab you are in up top to be able to see those menu options and then click on which feature you'd like to use. For instance the two most used features at my place of business is the bookings manager and work orders. Both of which are under two separate tabs, meaning you have to click on one tab, wait for it to load, and then click on the correct feature and wait for that to reload before continuing what you were doing. When you are expected to be bouncing around from tab to tab while on the phone with a guest it definitely takes up some valuable time. They need to streamline the way you access features within one reservation. The fact that I can't look up a property (or room #) and from that same page make a work order for that guest or process a refund for that guest, is extremely inefficient.
I do not know anything about pricing when it comes to Ciirus, all I know is that my company has switched services and will be using a new software in the next few days. In terms of programs that Ciirus works along side we have used both BeHome and Point Central and Ciirus seems to have had problems with both. If your company uses or would like to use either of those systems, I do not recommend Ciirus
My company has actually decided to switch to another program. Due to the way that Ciirus interacts with other programs we use for our properties it was no longer an asset. Ciirus will constantly glitch and turn on or off features that we did not tell it to within other programs. Ciirus has many features including a tab to which you can write comments for that reservation, a tab where you can add guests, housekeeping services, extras for the guest, and an overview of payments taken.

Really nothing that i dislike much. I would love an app but that doesnt stop the usage being beneficial.
