What do you like best about Ciara?

I really enjoy using Ciara due to the user-friendly compatibility with other apps and programs such as outlook. It also provides really impressive customer insights and meeting highlights!!

What do you dislike about Ciara?

Some of the downsides include the need for a strong high speed Internet connection in order to function optimally.

What problems is Ciara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ciara is helping so much with automating sales documentation. This has improved our overall metrics!

What do you like best about Ciara?

I really love that their services include cloud infrastructure. These services make setting up servers much simpler and cheaper.

What do you dislike about Ciara?

Sometimes when we have issues with the cloud services from Ciara, we have to call somebody in. These people from Ciara are not always the most helpful.

What problems is Ciara solving and how is that benefiting you?

They mainly solve most of our infastructure problems. This could be from their amazing cloud services, or great server infrastructure management.

the salesforce integration is a great win for us, but the customer support is also very fast and helpful, making phone calls without touching my phone is very comfortable

the sound quality of the calls could be better and i would love to have more interactive objections

every call attempt is started and logged in our CRM and we can change fields during our calls. also its easier to train new employees and also share objections within our salesteam

Though it helps a lot to organize the boost the sales through its meeting and recording functionality but the only problem I have faced it needs a high-speed net connection.

Good for official use, where net speed is high, also very good if you are considering having frequent virtual meetings.
