The Obvious one : Churn ! We have several products within our portfolio where Churn360 can be beneficial.
Churn360 is very easy to set up and use. You can manage all your settings and gain deeper insights into the health of your customers. Probably one of the most powerful features of its software is the plays and automations which you can use to prompt yourself of when to help customers. Customer health scores give you insight into when customers might be about to churn so you can take corrective action.
There's not much that I dislike about Churn360. There were a few features I didn't quite understand at first but I reached out to their support team and they gave excellent help.
Churn360 is solving the problem of churn for us because we are able to take corrective action to save customers who are at risk. This capability is increasing revenue.
A complete solution for customer success. It provides ready data on product adoption and usage, which helps segment and initiate plays for retention activities and expansion.
There is nothing so far; I mean, whenever there is downtime or something we would like to have added or removed, or a few changes in the dashboard and widgets, they have accommodated and provided us with what is required
It has always been proactive; it helps us with data, allowing us to share insights and tips with customers to help them with their metrics. Renewal reminders; easy use of templates, campaign emails and product adoption details.
Churn360 collectively presents the details such as product usage, subscription details, support conversations, customer feedback, history of engagements and tasks at a single place. Assignment of plays and the ability to add pulse are the top-notch features. On the whole, this product helps a CSM in effective onboarding, customer engagement based on the customer's product usage and early prediction of churn. This product created a transformation in our overall process.
It is a continuously evolving product and I did not see any dislikable aspects.
Previously we did not have the option to monitor the Usage stats with respect to each feature. This helped us to make recommendations to the customer and increase product utilization.
Churn360 provides a heads-up for upcoming renewals and credit card expiry notifications. This helped us to keep the customer informed well in advance and reduced transaction failures.
Churn360 platform makes our likes easier here. We are fully dependent on to numerous customer journey plays and NPS surveys, segmentation and so much more that is critical to our own success as a CS team
Since the product is new, there are some UI/UX gaps that I have raised. Its rather small but small things tend to build up and can cause frustrations.

Churn360 impresses with its effortless implementations. The dashboard is excellent, facilitating easy task planning. Coupled with seamless integration with my calendar, it simplifies and streamlines my work planning making it efficient and hassle-free. The customer support from Churn360 is exceptional. We use Churn360 regularly because of its simplicity and reliability.
Currently, I do not have any concerns. If anything arises I will communicate with our admin, knowing they are in touch with Churn360 teams
