This proves to be very effective and helpful when it comes for call recording. When I joined as a fresher I've gained valuable insights when comes to sales and client handling. This software helps to record your calls and review it. You can easily learn and grow developing your sales pitch and an easy flow your sales pipeline can be met.
User interface can be improved and more reliable to get understand easily. Best software. Recommended
The main arrangement of client position and handling them is been much easier for the after using zoominfo. Also when it comes to a new joinee it has really helped me to train them and learn the sales management process.
AI-Driven Coaching, Sentiment scoring, easy to use. Plug and play.
Could be faster, slightly on the expensive side.
- Follow up and sentiment analysis help drive better deal insights and predictable pipeline.
- Easy to track follow-ups
Able to coach reps better with AI-driven insights.
Lightning fast meeting insights, action-items, and searchability within the app. Intuitive userface, easy to get started, and I use it every day. If I don't have a call to record/ listen to, I can listen to any of my teammates calls - it really helped me onboard and get ramped quickly when I joined a new organization with a complex product and sales cycle. The ultimate compliment to our onboarding/ training materials.
For the first time in a long time, I have zero negative things to say about a sales productivity tool. Really smooth experience relative to Outreach, Zoom and other AI-assistants.
- Team Collaboration made simple
- Sharing best practices
- Easy tracking of action items and follow-ups
*Most important* Chorus allows me to REALLY listen to customers and teammates. I used to have to take notes in CRM, Notepad etc. which led to me missing critical information from prospects and customers. With Chorus, I don't have that problem anymore
My team loves how easy Chorus is to use. The meeting summaries help stakeholders easily stay in the loop without needing to be on every call. It's also very easy to search through call recordings to find a specific snippet we need.
Sometimes the daily call summary gets a bit garbled.
We have multiple stakeholders who need to stay informed of client conversations but don't have the time to be present on every call.
Chorus sends me a call recap both via email and Slack after sales calls which has a list of bulleted meeting insights, a liink to the recording, and highlighted next steps. This makes following up with customers extremely easy and efficient.
My prep time for follow up calls is cut by at least 75% as well. It's super easy to read through the prior meetings recap and summary to get into the right headspace prior to the next call.
The AI features they're incorporating are awesome.
The primary UI for Chorus is a week by week view. Going backwards in time to find call recordings could be made easier.
The search feature in Chorus is a bit of a pain. It's easier for me to tab backwards several months, week-by-week than it is to just search for the call.
There's lots of prep time required both pre and post meetings. Chorus drastically cuts down on the time required for me to do these things, allowing me to get back to my accounts and other workflows.
Its ability to review calls with management efficiently. This feature has greatly improved our sales process by allowing us to dive deep into client interactions and conversations. It helps us gain valuable insights into our clients' perspectives, pain points, and expectations, ensuring we tailor our approach accordingly. It's easy to pinpoint the next steps required in the sales process. This has been pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition between different phases of our sales pipeline, ultimately boosting our conversion rates.
Chorus by Zoom Info does not always properly identify the name of the person in the meeting often transcribing the name into a False "Name" that sounds similar but this can lead to confusion when reviewed.
It's easy to pinpoint the next steps required in the sales process. This has been pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition between different phases of our sales pipeline, ultimately boosting our conversion rates. This has a user-friendly interface for all levels of technological proficiency. For me, someone who considers herself technology-challenged, It has become a tool that I utilize to help me understand the clients' perspective and has helped with the learning curve for new team members!
We have been using Chorus for our meeting recording and best part I liked is it provide the detail summary of the call. It give proper anaylysis what major questions asked, key points and all minor details. Loved it. I loved their dashboard and its UI. Very easy to use.
No major dislilkes, I loved this product. Recommended.

The barrier to usability with Chorus.ai is virtually non-existent. Once you're set up, and your preferences are configured, you have an AI assistant recording and transcribing your meetings with detailed notes, action items, and conversation analytics. Given how many meetings our implementation team is running each week, having a ready-to-go recap to forward on to our clients (with a minimum of customization required) is a game-changer.
This is a reach, but it's somewhat cumbersome to initiate and manage live recordings outside of your default settings. would be nice for it to be as seamlessly integrated into Zoom as is the native Zoom recording tools. We record meetings with external teams automatically, but have to "invite" Chorus to participate in internal meetings, from the web app. It would be nice for it to be as seamlessly integrated into Zoom as is the native Zoom recording tools, i.e with start/pause/end buttons in the Zoom UI.
Chorus handles 2 major gaps our organization needed to close: 1) robust notes from sales prospect discussions, including tracking of key terms and phrases that impact the customer journey downstream, and 2) coaching for consistency in our sales organization, i.e. ensuring our sellers land key messaging and value prop statements. We quickly discovered that it is also capable of streamlining our meeting administration for implementation.
1- The easy integration with Zoom
2- The insights and analytics it has after each meeting (how much each person talked and their score)
3- Recently, the meeting summaries after each meeting (extremely helpful!)
4- Managing your recordings and creating playlists
5- privacy options and recording clippings of meetings when sharing with others
6- it follows me everywhere even to teams sometimes :)
1- The language used can sometimes be confusing, like broadcasts/live streamed instead of recording (guests can be confused as well) - its a small thing tho
2- it's hard to force it to enter a meeting, but this rarely happens
3- it can be confusing how to start recording with Zoom or Chours or on the web. A clear method of Chours MUST be super easy to see and to just click - right now, I have to manually go to the recording page and invite Chorus
1- Reviewing company meetings when i cant attend
2- Reviewing Webinars, onboardings, and certain critical events attended by others
3- Creating playlists of training for others in the company/team
4- Analytical statistics for performance reviews
5- Reference meetings for certain company protocols
6- Sharing meetings such as onboarding with users

Chorus is an essential tool for any strategic seller. Not only does it let me focus on my conversation rather than taking notes, it allows me to easily share insights with my team. from a training and coaching standpoint it makes it so easy for new reps to listen in on calls and to ask for feedback from their leaders. I discovered Chorus about 4 years ago and have insisted it is in my tech stack everywhere I've been since. I love, love love this product.
Not a huge fan of the new way to add chorus to a live call. It seems a little glitchy.
Chorus makes me more efficient by allowing me to focus on my clients rather than my notes.
