ChMeetings is a full-featured church membership system with capabilities that far exceed its modest price. It is easy to use, easy to customize data elements as needed, and even has an excellent set of import/export and RESTful API features. In addition, the add-on web app is perfect for our needs and has increased our ability to keep church members informed. Their customer support, for questions, problems, and enhancement requests, is the best of any software vendor I have seen.

After using ChMeetings for a year, there are literally no complaints or dislikes!

ChMeetings has greatly improved our ability to track and communicate with our members and their passions. It has enabled us to better manage and report on our giving/pledging. The phone app has been a game-changer in communicating with members, especially those with young children and busy lives.

It is hard to say, but more upgrades and expansions on the platform are always seen which is a great sign!

Specifically, integrating forms with Google Sheets would greatly streamline data management and expand its integration capabilities with other apps.

The UI is excellent but I also love how versatile it is, so many things it can do and it is always updated with new features.

It's still not very good with certificates, I know will be addressed in the future. I wish the app was able to work offline as well

Its cabability to link family members and to map households. This has helped us to plan visitations, follow ups and understand relationships within our congrigation.

A few limitations which are currently on its roadmap to be included in the future releases of the application.

It solved our problem to create relationships between our congrigation members. So sunday school educators and priests could see kids parents , partners and simblings. Then putting all that on a map to faciliate visitations was the cherry on the cake.
