What do you like best about Chirpify?

My experience with Chirpify started with the need to integrate my online store in instagram, however its features go beyond this!

This powerful tool also allows creating marketing plans that allow customers to be loyal, through effective analytics of social media campaigns.

The truth is very easy to integrate and convert your instagram profile, facebook and twitter in an online store.

What do you dislike about Chirpify?

The only thing that limits this platform is the payment, since its cost ranges from $ 49 to $ 500. The rest is very complete for its functionality of integrating your social networks with your ecommerce site.

What problems is Chirpify solving and how is that benefiting you?

The truth is that the cost is not a limitation when you see so many integrated features.

What I value most in this platform is their intelligence when receiving a keyword from one of the members and that you can instantly buy an article in social networks.

I recommend 100% this platform, it allows you to build loyalty through digital marketing effetive campaigns, it allows you to export your catalog to social networks and the most attractive commercial your products quickly, easily and instantaneously.

What do you like best?

Bots. We were able to automate most common customer social media engagements, allowing for really responsive customer service and resolution of public complaints. Also, the analytics are deeper than many other services and tie nicely into CRM. The fulfillment and sales options are really cool, too (though I never used them).

What do you dislike?

Not a fan of the gamification elements. I don't think it's effective, and is actually demoralizing to employees.

Responsive social media response that allows us to better control the narrative of complaints.
