Insurance billing however with CTProBill which interface with with Chirotouch resolved all your insurance needs. Joy who is my clinic representative is the best in her field; anytime I have a question I am able to reach out to her and she will answer immediately.
ChiroTouch is very easy to use! However if you do happen to have questions about anything, you can use their super nice chat feature to get help! I also have had the privilege of working closely with Joy M. She handles our billing. She is always so quick to respond. She also helps teach me new aspects of ChiroTouch so that I can answer my own questions and help my staff better! We've had some frustrations with certain incidents in our billing and Joy is the main reason we have restored our faith in ChiroTouch. Love ya Joy!
I don't really dislike anything. I'd like to be able to delete insurance types that we don't use anymore but overall it's a great software.
Currently there are no problems! We are a happy office!
