What do you like best about ChiroSpring?

I love how easy it is to use the program and customize it to your needs. They are constantly improving and adding the things we use in our office because a Chiropractor created it, so they know what other offices of Chiropractic need. It is easy to keep track of inventory and reordering. The

What do you dislike about ChiroSpring?

You have to have more than one program or page open to have the front desk and your schedule if you are doing something on one page and need to get back to do something on your schedule. This is not a huge deal, but that just makes it quicker rather than trying to dock what you are doing or closing out of it. We like using Reminder call with the program but wish we could get a couple reminders sent instead of just one time for a specific day.

Recommendations to others considering ChiroSpring:

They have one of the best and quickest support team! They are so friendly and helpful that in itself is one of the best things about the program. You won't be disappointed with the program itself either. Very user-friendly! You can log in from anywhere there is the internet connection, and you have your program with a schedule to work from home or on the beach.

What problems is ChiroSpring solving and how is that benefiting you?

Billing has become a little easier and less stressful. We like using the patient self-check-in so they can fill out their complaints for their accident policies. Otherwise, they do not tell us and then they won't get paid because it looks like a maintenance visit. The time clock is a nice addition with the option to add the wages for sending it to our accountant that way they can take out the benefits each employee wanted to. Chirospring has helped us to spend less time working on paperwork and more time with our patients and their healing.

What do you like best about ChiroSpring?

The customer service is second to none. This company is always taking suggestions for updates and actually implements them. Even better, since starting with them, the patient charting is so efficient that my medical assistant has transitioned to office manager and now has time to help verify insurance and take phone calls.

What do you dislike about ChiroSpring?

In my opinion the patient ledger can be challenging to read at times.

Recommendations to others considering ChiroSpring:

Be sure to input all insurances correctly from the get go for billing. If you aren't sure what you are doing, get help. Spend time customizing your macros. It will save you so much time.

This software has allowed me to reallocate staffing to other critical areas and has allowed me to easily become more compliant with insurance company requirements.
