User Friendly. Makes sense of daily Chiropractic Flow.

The ERA's could be easier to read and in size.

Well worth the money.

The convenience due to this software is quite commendable

The statements are easy for patients to understand. The scheduling, note taking and billing modules are intuitive. Also, the customer service is quick and so helpful.

I don't like that are customers do not appear in alphabetical order when trying to search from the scheduling page. I also don't like that the documentation does not change to the patient you are working on in billing.

Make the switch. The level of customer service alone makes the switch worth it.

We are no longer answering basic billing questions because people can understand their statements. Scheduling has become easier and we are able to help patients from off site as well.

I really like that it is fully cloud based meaning i can access my files anywhere on any device. The reminders sent out for clients bookings is a great tool too, for those clients whom book in advance.

Nothing that is really that bad in all honesty, could have little bit more freedom in editing notes for clients. but overall I don't have any real issues.

Great way of saving time and getting your own business more organised and professional.
